Bull Pin is a fantastic spot for a quick and satisfying lunch, especially when downtown Estes Park is busy. During the 4th of July weekend, we found plenty of seating available even during the lunch rush (every place downtown seemed to have a crazy wait time). The menu offers a great variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. We particularly enjoyed their soft pretzels, cheese curds, and mac and cheese. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised when the owner stopped by our table to check on us, too. The patio offers a lovely view of the nearby lake, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. Our group also definitely enjoyed their self-pour beer station using PourMyBeer technology. It’s a fun way to sample a variety of Colorado craft beers and pay by the ounce. Overall, Bull Pin is a great choice for a quick, delicious meal with excellent service and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I wish they would of had a greeter or someone directing us where to go. We just kind of stood there looking around and had no clue where to go to eat. We all ordered a hamburger, but my boyfriend ordered a double and unfortunately, found a long, black hair in his. It was actually caught in his mouth for a while after he thought he removed it. They remade his hamburger and reimbursed him. However, the next hamburger was not much better. After he ate half, he looked and noticed that both patties were extremely rare…so rare that he didn’t even feel comfortable finishing then. On top of that, I watched as they made my captain and coke…they filled the glass up about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way with liquid and piled the rest full of ice. The food tasted good but it’s kind of hard to come back from a bleeding hamburger… We don’t plan to return.

Our family had an amazing time at The Bull Pin in Estes Park! It’s the perfect spot for a fun, budget-friendly outing that everyone can enjoy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with cheerful Christmas decorations that made the whole place feel magical. The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and they had options for every skill level, from kids to seasoned players. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Beyond bowling, the arcade games were a hit with the kids, and we all loved grabbing snacks and drinks from the café. It was such a relaxed and festive environment, perfect for making family memories. If you’re in Estes Park and looking for affordable family fun with a holiday twist, The Bull Pin is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back next year!

As a local who has frequented this establishment, I was disappointed by my recent visit. Just two weeks ago, I had an exceptional experience great customer service from a polite gentleman who made sure I could enjoy a variety of sauces with my 18 wing combo. This time, however, was quite different.

I ordered the same 18-wing combo, but the woman at the front counter insisted that only one sauce could be included, contradicting my previous experience. When I explained that just two weeks prior, I was offered three sauces without issue, she was firm in stating that it was against their policy. She also mentioned that additional sauces would incur an extra charge and could not be applied directly to the wings. This was puzzling, as last time, the sauces were provided on the wings without any extra fees.

The situation grew more confusing when she paused to check with the kitchen. She returned to say they could add more sauces for an extra charge. Although I agreed to this, it was perplexing that she made a point to stress that this accommodation would be a one-time exception, even though I was paying for it.

The inconsistent service and the front desk staff’s rigid approach made this visit stressful and disappointing. Despite genuinely enjoying the wings here as a local, this experience left me questioning the level of customer care and consistency I can expect...

Well after being charged for $99.74 when my bill was only $20 some and being told no refund no voiding of that charge that it was my fault and should track down whoever bill I paid to get reimbursed, not knowing who, i was supposed to track down myself. I had a thought it was a friend of mine that was there the same night and no surprise he had a tab of $70 give or take and was charged $125 so nope it wasn't his bill I paid!! Plus the other 2 that it happened to the next day!! They are losing all the locals, so what's that tell ya? My bank and hopefully others this happened too , is and will again happen to will follow my lead and hit um where it hurts, in their pocketbook. I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Way to ruin a Estes Park treasure filled with history and supported by us locals for 40 years or more. This place is toxic, shady, greedy and come winter when the tourists are gone, this place will barely be able to pay the light bill. Just say no to spending your money at the bullpin because you'll spend more than what you get. Good ridence. This is all 100% true so slander.... not. I have more dirt on them then they realize and so do all of the once loyal regular locals. Get ready Bullpin, you picked the wrong people to screw over. ...

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. My friends and I went there tonight as a sort of farewell since we all work seasonally and many of us are leaving. We expected it would be a fun night out, and I guess some people's definition of "fun" is sitting around for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a bowling lane we never got. It's clear this place doesn't know how to handle large amounts of people. No estimated wait time, no trying to allow others to use the lanes, nothing. It was a very first come first serve basis. If you get there when it's vacant, you can play as many games as you want,(given that two groups were playing for the entire time my friends and I sat there) if there's a waiting list YOU'RE NOT PLAYING. In fact, when I put my group name down, there were six groups ahead of me. By the time I left, only two of them had been helped, one only MINUTES before I'd had enough and left. We were never told when, or if, we'd get to play or given a time-frame or how long the wait would be. Afterwards I felt incredibly disrespected and undervalued as a customer. At this point, the establishment would have to offer me multiple free game passes just to get me to even...
