The thrift store has a great staff and a fantastic selection of items. However, I am disappointed that it has chosen to compete with social media influencers. In our small town, generous donors help those with lower incomes.

Their mission should focus on serving both the community and the hospital. They will remain relevant and sustainable if they prioritize these two aspects...
