To the Pizza Hut YUM Corporation,
I live in Columbus, OH and do things for my mother all of the time since she is a senior and doesn't drive.
Last evening March 30, 2023, trying to explain what transpired that evening and the non-communicative rudeness, pragmatic i-dont-care attitude, horrid communication, and flat out disregard for plain ole professionalism and home-taught manners.
I am a U.S. Army Veteran of 18 yrs and it has been quite a while since I've encountered such nastiness.
From hanging up on me in mid-sentence to not answering their store phone. I can't begin to understand when a full explanation was given to me about a non-delivered paid for order when my 76 yr old mother was literally waiting at the front door for the delivery gentleman for over 40 minutes for her and my 7 yr old grand-baby.
Then the manager proceeds to tell me that we have been locked in via address so we are never able to order for delivery ever again?! That took the cake.
I understand business very well, I am a Human Resource manager, and no matter what the situation is professional communication is by far the best way to have an intelligent conversation and be understood.
I am completely done with any YUM Corporation for any Pizza Hut or their affiliates until this damn matter has been hopefully handled better than the store supervisor can. Maybe she had a bad day but you don't take it out on customers on the phone and speak to them as if they're displaying idiosyncratic behavior, I understand english quite well.

Read morePlaced an order through the app. They said it was delivered, and it wasn't. I called the number provided and it's a call center. They transferred me to the store, and they refused to pick up the phone. The reason I know they refused is because I drove to the store while still on the phone, and my call was just ringing and ringing. None of the 4 employees would pick it up. They wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. I ended up having to start talking to get her attention. I said that my food was not delivered and it said it was, and the woman never said hello or anything other than asking for my phone number. She typed it in and walked away. She talked to someone else and then got on her cell phone. She stood several feet from the counter and said the delivery driver was right by my house. She never apologized. I asked what if he wasn't actually on his way, and she said that he had another delivery, so that's why it said delivered. Then she turned her back on me. I left and drove home. 15 minutes later I got home, still no pizza. When the driver finally arrived, he was also rude and didn't care that he marked it as delivered almost an hour before it was actually delivered.
I've rarely had a customer experience this bad. I don't expect people being delighted to work at a pizza place, but I wouldn't expect people to be this rude to customers, especially when you don't even know if I was there to place a large order. Read moreThis was probably one of the worst experiences I have had. I never make reviews but this was absolutely terrible. We order online and had it delivered to us. It took them an hour to get here when we live about 5 mins away. We specified that we wanted them come to our back door they didn't. Then we find out that our order was wrong. I called them to try and fix it. They made it a huge hassle, I called and kept getting disconnected or something. Also they were saying since i already paid for it already they couldn't change the order. After saying how that was so unfair that by using a card and paying right then and having them mess up my order it wasn't my fault they finally said they could make a new one. After they were fixing it and said they would send it out they hung up. I wanted to ask a question before the call was over and they just hung up. The person I was on the phone with had an attitude too when I wasn't even being rude about the situation despite how highly upset i was. I called back and the person again had the biggest attitude. The worst experience ever.
After a two hour wait. My replacement pizza came and they STILL got my order wrong and tried to charge me! NEVER GO TO OR ORDER...
