T-Mobile — Local services in Euclid

Great store, nice and clean. Staff try their best to assist you in a timely manner. Dealt with manager/James and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, my biggest complaint is that I'm a previous Sprint customer merged over due to the takeover and I feel that their plans are restrictive and higher. I feel the corporate office needs to take a better look at doing the one for one or upgrade to the new customers from Sprint, without charging them more than they were paying. Want to give a HUGE shot out to James and Chris!!! By far, THE BEST customer service we have experienced in quite some time. Not only were they assisting us, but they were also taking care of multiple customers who came in with no hesitation. They were both extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. I don't understand how you give different answers. I send my daughter in to get the order and is told all she needs is the pin! Had to go in and reset the pin. The next day, someone claiming to be the manager says she needs the pin AND id!!! Why wasn't that said yesterday!
