7/25/21 1:30pm I ordered two #11 combo's and two single cheeseburgers. The line was long and I waited just about 20 minutes before I got to the 2nd window. The young lady hands me my food and I immediately taste 1 of my fries and of course they were cold. I handed the bag back to the young lady and expressed that my fries were cold.... She re made my fries and hands the bag back.... So I drive up but something said check for the 2 cheeseburgers and sure enough no cheeseburgers.... So I call because I wasn't sure if the inside was open and getting back in line would be an extra 30 minutes. The young lady answers the phone and I express my problem and she responds with (well sir I don't know what you want me to do about it those cheeseburgers were put in the bag) I respond with ma'am I know your busy and maybe even a little frustrated ,but I don't have the cheeseburgers I ordered..... As Im speaking to her she's talking in the background cursing with her employees which I thought was very unprofessional and rude.... She then responds with well you can come in the inside is open... Much to my inconvenience I got out and went in only to stand there for over 5 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers.... My existing food is cold; and when she handed me the bag she never apologized for neglecting to give me what I paid for.. Not even a sorry about thatđ¤ˇđž.... It's so sad that this is the type of service that paying customers have to out up with. So unprofessional and down right rude. I do not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning to give my hard earned money to an establishment who can't appreciate me as much to give me what I paid for. It's always us though.... OK my friend said I'm just wondering to y'all need me to get back there and fixed our order. She was not loud or disrespectful..so we see it's a causcian man with earrings in his ears. Looking at a screen and he's preparing orders and helping a young girl that's working drive thru window. she may have been new because it seem as if he was telling her to clear screen because it seems ssif he was making orders that was not needed..so all of a sudden here comes a light skinned female from the back with a very bad mouth.she was disrespectful and very unprofessional .she says what's they order so they both can get out of her they see us working but they don't care and she said to coworkers that was standing there y'all know how i can get. because I'm very unprofessional and don't care what i say to people. So whom I was with said i was just saying we been here for a while . So here the worker again said what you say? So now she loud what's they order so they can get out of here.. we get our food to get in the car to see sandwiches was made wrong. of course we don't go back in ..They guy with dreadlocks apologize. But he did nothing wrong. It was her Savette no name tag was on her. but I have her picture and receipt. So I told him I'm a top reviewer and I definitely will be leaving a review. And calling corporate...I'm well over 55yrs of age. And they could play the tape or camera back.my face expression will tell that it's something going on..she was light skinned and slim with twists in hair...
   Read moreThey've started a "free Frosty Fridays"; all you have to do is order through the app or drive thru. We ordered through the drive thru. (You have to place an order to receive the promotion). No problem.the woman repeated my order back to me but when I asked about the free frosty since it was indeed Friday, she said she doesn't know what I'm talking about. When I made it to the window, i showed the cashier ( Gabe) evidence of the promo from my phone. He briefly read it and said oh, no, we not doin dat as he pushed the phone back inside the car. I gave him the phone again and asked that he show it to the manager for approval since it was there in black and white. I figured surely they'd adjust the total, instead, Gabe returned, handed the phone back without a word and began ringing on the register. He never addressed us so I asked if everything was squared away. He mumbled something without making any eye contact and returned the card. We pulled to the next window after noticing that we'd still been charged for the Frosty on this here Friday even though we'd shown valid proof. We picked up our food and went on our way. Once we made it home, the food was cold, the burger was not what I have ordered, even though the lady repeated it back to me and the fries were half full.
