Willy T's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Eufaula

Very disappointed to have spent $50+ on an order, only to find missing or incorrect items in the bag. Normally I will check my order before pulling away from a drive-thru window, but we had already waited an extended period of time to get it & I did not want to hold the car up behind us any longer. Anyway, ordered the Willy T’s (chicken tender) sandwich as fried, also asked to make it a combo (3x). No fries were put in the bag to complete the combo. Also found that the sandwich had been grilled, which really isn’t a problem for me, except for the fact that nearly every bite I took had hard gristle in it. After maybe 3 bites, I gave up & tossed it. Also ordered cheesesticks with ranch, got no ranch. Asked for 4 extra dipping sauces with extra payment in hand, girl at window said she’d just give it to us. Opened the bag & they’d been spilled all inside the bag. Definitely not a $50 experience, unfortunately.

I’ll also add that we are not from that area, so had we not been on the way back home, I probably would have just turned around & taken it back. But it just wasn’t a convenient...

Please. Please. Please. Fully cook the sweet potato fries. For the life of me I cant seem to get a fully cooked batch when I order them. I come there only a few times a month. Makes me sad inside every time. UPDATE: 06-21-2022. Get off from long day of work. Go get me my fav wrap and every time I do I specify to please cook the sweet potato fries fully. I get home to take care of my sick husband then sit down to eat only to find out my sweet potato Fries are raw inside. What in the living heavens. Whats wrong with the cooks? Why serve raw fries? Ppl dont care at all anymore. It's becoming rediculous. Why in heavens does a customer have to specify to cook their food properly. Not once but every single time!!!! THANK GOD FOR MY AIR FRYER. WHO DO I need to speak to, to resolve this? I cant keep paying for raw food. I love giving my business but this is becoming rediculous. I rarely go there. I ordered the sampler that comes with 4 chicken strips, 2 cheese sticks, fries and toast. I'm telling you, they brought out the smallest portion of fries I've ever seen served at a restaurant. The other people's orders had way more fries. The chicken strips were extremely thin and small. The chicken was also cold as if it had been sitting for awhile. I was planning to ask for a water cup to drink but was never given the option. Instead, I was charged and additional $3 for a soft drink cup. $17 for this underwhelming meal. I promise I will never ever give this establishment my money again. 0 stars if I could honestly give it. Oh, the server had an extremely rude...
