Updated August 2021 from 4 to 3 stars: The last couple of times we have gotten food here the burgers were super thin and very, very dry. The prices seem to have gone up while portions have gone down. The food was lacking in flavor due to these changes. Also, with the increase in prices, it makes it less desirable for a family outing with the lack of kids' burger options.
Original review June 2021: Thankful for a location that offers vegan (Coconut Bliss) milkshakes. The burgers and offerings are good. There are a couple vegetarian meal options but overall heavy on meat choices (it is, afterall, the "Happy Cow Burger"). They do a smaller, double patty so you can truly have a medium or medium-well cook - unlike many other places in town which will ask you how you want the burger cooked only to give it well-done every time. The children's menu has two items, grilled cheese or chicken nuggets. Would love to see a kid's burger option. My kid would be happy with 1 patty, a smaller fry and smaller drink. The chicken nuggets did not impress me but my kid was happy to eat a couple. Last couple times we've visited an employee has been smoking near the entrance and outdoor seating which is a huge turn-off. Overall, we've enjoyed visiting...
Read moreOrdered online for Pick Up. Once the order was accepted, I got an email saying it would be ready in 12 minutes. I was skeptical - and 10 minutes away - so I left right away. I was thoroughly impressed that my order was ready when I arrived! I ordered 2 burgers that both came with fries and a soda. I filled up the fountain drinks, then was on my way. It was a bit of a bummer that when I got back with a Lemon Lime Soda that was missing the Lemon Lime (just soda water). But the fantastic burger was a happy constellation. I got the Cowboy burger, and the thick bacon, crispy jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese beautifully complimented the smash style burger. The fries were adequate, if a little soft (but that could have been from the drive time). The parking lot is a bit teeny and shared with a number of businesses, but it's easy to find. The dining area was a decent size for eating, with a covered outside area shared with another restaurant. The staff may be should remember that they work at a place called HAPPY Cow. They weren't unpleasant but also didn't appear thrilled to be at work. All in all - I will dine there again - as I want to try their...

5/2/21: In light of the reply we've received, we'll continue to pick up from Happy Cow and wish them the best. We do love having them in the neighborhood.
Old: TBH, we only stopped in yesterday because the Thai place next door was closed. We weren't in the mood for burgers, and if we had been...we're mighty picky about sourcing and, well, all the things. We were really hungry and didn't want to go anywhere else, so took home Happy Cow and Beyond Burger versions as well as sweet potato and regular fries. We were SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Well grilled, lots of veggies, tasty high quality meat (and non-meat). Fry orders are big enough to share. The only meh-comment from the fam was "bun is a little sweet" but in hindsight it may have been the sweet pickle. Anyway. We'll be going back and are happy to have...
