I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches at their drive thru on my way to an important meeting today and I first waited 5 minutes at the drive thru window. Then a lady with a clipboard(I'm assuming a shift leader or manager) told me they were waiting on "fresh eggs", and asked if I could pull around the front and wait for my order. I sat out front for an additional 5 minutes, when I finally went inside to ask what was taking so long for my "fast food" order. A girl cooking said it would take a few more minutes "because someone turned off the egg cooker". At this point, I'm already going to be late for my meeting, so I asked for a refund. By the time the money was in my hand, which was a full 15 minutes after I placed my order, my food was FINALLY up to the counter. They just gave me the food anyway, because I'm sure they'd have to throw it away otherwise. At no point did any staff member apologize, for making me wait. They said with straight faces, "Is there anything else you might want in the mean time?" My only thought (in my head) in response to that was, 'Umm, no thanks, I'm not really wanting to wait 15 more minutes for you all to cook something else'! Read moreMajor decline in customer service. I ordered my food and with no car behind me and was asked to move up and park and thatt my order would be taken to me. I said it hot and i would only move up if a car pulled up behind me. Another associate came and ask me a few minutes later. I said i see no car behind me that their was no reason to pull up. A few minutes a car pulled up and i did park. They brought food to me and spoke about the owners expectations at the drive through and they do not want cars waiting time at the drive up reflects in their perfirmance stats. I said i do not care about performance stats that i would move up only if a car was behind me and asked for the owners phone so i could discuss the policy. Who wants to bake unnecessarily in the sun. The drive up is a drive through not a drive up and park and wait. Long sorry short the car behind me got their order two minutes after me. If a custmer asks for the owners business number it should be given for the associate did not respond to my request.If a custamer is upset with a business the owner should be given opportunity to here it and make adjustments...
Read moreI used to live nearby and went here frequently for the app specials. Someone I know was looking for work and I recommended it, but regret ever doing so. My friend was bullied, called names, and was forgotten by the scheduler in his first week on the evening shift. Employees were routinely seen eating off the line, vaping in the kitchen, stealing uncooked items, and generally doing everything my friend had just been trained to avoid. This was his first job and he wanted to do good. The worst part is that he never got to say anything because the bullying made it hard to go back. So here we are McDonald's! Get it together and fire the people endangering the public. Young people need guidance and safety and a place to learn how to work and be adults. Your restaurant is a disgrace and I will never eat there again. We are a family of educators, with lots of educator colleagues and will warn our young high school students against working for your company...
