I’m a driver that was just handed the wrong order, I noticed once I got back to my car and quickly went back inside, holding the door open for someone coming out. Turns out the order they gave me was for the lady that was walking out. It wouldn’t have taken more than five seconds as the lady had literally just walked out as I walked in to stop her and correct the mistake. But instead, the cashier just gave me a blank stare, and said “Oh, that was for the person that just came in.“ okay?? Things happen I get that, but then to proceed to turn around and laugh it off with your coworkers “Fail lol” was just plain disrespectful and unprofessional not only to both paying customers (1 of which would’ve gotten the wrong order, and the other wouldn’t have gotten their order at all considering it was 30 minutes to closing) but also a lack of compassion for local drivers, these are the type of errors that cost good people...

My wife and I were craving sushi late in the evening for some reason and we knew there would be no hope at 10pm. Of course any place worth going would be closed by about 8pm, but oh my God we were wrong!!! This restaurant stays open late and the food was amazing!!! You can tell by the taste of their sauces like the spicy mayonnaise that everything is made in store! I had the tofu poke bowl, and was not expecting at 10 o clock at night to get such a Beautiful, great tasting serving of food! My wife was raving about her sushi burrito as well! The service was great too, the order taker took his time and gave us suggestions since it was our first time visiting. I can not wait to return, it will not be so late at night next time, this will be a great date spot! Thanks so much to everyone involved in this...

What a great spot!! They put together such great burritos and bowls. I think the bowls are the better value by far. Every single option is tasty and the sauces they give you are SOOOO good. Cajun is my favorite. The service is always great, they have never made an error on my order. The Ninja and samurai are excellent, but the "Bacon" burrito and chicken options are killer as well. I love the purple rice they use, it adds a ton of color to an already visually appealing dish. Subo is a treasure, no matter which location you go to, you will be a happy camper. A+++ They also work with a couple different delivery platforms. So door dash to your heart's content. I think this is a great delivery option cause it keeps pretty well, on...

There is no parking lot so trying to find a spot took a long time. We got two burritos and a thai tea. The thai tea was $5 so we were quite disappointed it was a can that we could get at the store for a quarter of the price. Both burritos lacked flavor and one had so many greens we couldn't taste anything else. You have an option to get sauces on the side, but they are tiny and don't have much flavor either. Spicy mayo and the sweet wasabi that was supposed to be inside the burrito both were barely spicy. Service was slow and didn't acknowledge us when we walked it. Prices were on the higher side but not too crazy. Due to disappointing food and service I do not recommend.

Friendly service, great food, this place sets the atmosphere at its location, and the bar for other trucks and sushi places locally. Foodies beware! You may fall in love with this easy to endear and adore - local secret (shhh!) The Spicy Tuna burrito was undeniably the best sushi roll I've had to date. The texture of the crunchy panko fried shrimp, combined with the fresh tuna, and vegetables is a finely executed orchestration. The flavors hit every palette receptor in a harmonious balance of spicy, sweet, savory, and salty. I'd be guilty of greediness if not criminal to keep this gem a secret by not sharing this review. Thanks for doing what you do SuBo!
