
Great place to skate all night and day and I have never seen an injury on the half pipes and they're solid concrete. I do not do it anymore but when I was a teen I built my own with a Caballero board and Tony Hawk Trucks. Campers in cars and vans and rvs around the skating parking. I have a conversion van chill with my doors open talking to local dead heads learning about the state. Don't go to the other end of Washington under the bridge because the ammonium fecal flora that permeates the air from the few thousand people living under that part of a bridge. It is not too sad because they are given most whatever they need and a big tent, air mattress, bathrooms and free groceries and showers the programs is very humane and helps many mentally disabled people who could not work if they wanted to so they are often happier than a rich man to have what they have been given by Oregon. So know when you go to this park and bring anything you have helpfully for the people...

I arrived at 1130am there were a few skateboarders, but more homeless people than I could count. There were two mid age men of Hispanic desent that appeared to be dealing drugs. I saw them take money in trade for sm packages of what i asumed to be meth only because of the condition that the clients were in underweight dirty and scared with scabs on every inch of visible skin. At about 2pm the whole park emptied out when 2 motorcycle police park at the park and at least 3 patrol cars stationed themselves around the park and then it happened families populated the park and the whole park transformed into a sort of tempary safe place. The dealers didnt go far though they simply moved about 4 blocks away and waited for family time at the park to end then the return and so did the homeless adicts that had been there just...
Read moreAlways been a good skate park, good butter ledges, smooth transitions, great coping on all of the quarter pipes, Could use more rails and add on to the Plaza would be nice. The park is a good balance of street and park style you won't be disappointed just wear some sticky shoes when riding here can be Slippery on some landings. The people are usually very nice and try hard to stay out of your way not to many kids ride there during the winter season but definitely see more of them in the summer witch can be very dangerous not a good Beginner state park for kids maybe the plaza if a better place for them less traffic and people doing bigger tricks there if you do bring you kid here PLEASE TEACH THEM TO LOOK OUT FOR ADULTS AND BIGGER KIDS NOT ARE FAULT THAT YOUR KID GETS INJURED BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW...
