I will never go to another IT tech again. Brent is amazing. I had an emergency one morning after finding that my FB account was hacked. I freaked out because I was concerned it was more than that. My computer maybe? My email? And I have a lot of sensitive client information on my computer and save all my logins and passwords. I called first thing, brought it in and he went to work immediately. He discovered that my old email account (with msn that i used to start the profile) was hacked. Nothing else was. Unfortunately, I was not able to restore it because he also found it was deactivated and without having access to that email (been over a decade) there was no way i could restore it. So I went here because I was desperate to get my laptop fixed because of a fan being overly loud, and mind you my laptop was working when i left it to be repaired. When I get a call the other day though they had said that something on the motherboard had snapped and I would need a whole new laptop because this one was defunct. They originally charged me for the service fee even though when I had come in it had been working but when I got it back it no longer worked. A family member of mine had to go in and ask for a refund because going in to get a computer fixed only for it to be in more of a state of disarray doesn't make sense.
