Washington Jefferson Park — Attraction in Eugene

As someone who fondly remembers this park as a fun childhood destination, I'm deeply disappointed by its current state. Part of this once-vibrant space has been fenced up and is now undergoing hazmat cleanup due to feces contamination. It's disheartening to witness this transformation from a joyful place to a hazardous area. Families and friends are deprived of a safe and enjoyable environment. A place of true beauty. ... Totally kidding. I hope my five stars aren't mistaken for rewards of the park! Cause those are all my stars for surviving my encounter with the savage cesspool! If you're children ever speak of a camping trip, make certain this place is not their destination! And if it is... That very moment will be a key indication that you've failed them. I help out with City first church every Sunday in the park, however lots of people that attend the church and most of the people that live in the park in tents, are high on drugs and are possessed with demons. Many of them tried to stop the service and disrupt it.
