I moved to Euless a year ago. I went to this Braums several times. Long lines in the drive thru and inside. Last night 02/17/25 it was rather slow and I needed milk plus some dinner for me and my friend. I went inside and got milk and a few other things and asked the middle eastern man working that register if they had 1% or 2% milk back there and just said no. I already looked through the doors and there was lots of milk. I asked again, so out of all that milk there isn't none and he just said no and turned around. Ok..next I hit up the counter to order food. Kid gets my order wrong after 3 times. I even said plz have it freshly cooked..all of it please. He said ok. I only wanted LIGHT ketchup, LIGHT Mayo and extra onions. He put mustard on it. The black guy with long braids cooking came up to ask what was supposed to be on it. I tell him several times and he goes back there. He comes back one last time to claeify and he brings my order up and my burger has mustard, tomatoes, onions and mayo on it. I tell him this is still wrong and I still need my shake. He asks again what shouldn't be on it. I repeat again. There is bugs flying around the condiments and the soda machine and all by the ice cream. There are limes on the floor, their soda machine by the drive through was nasty and had all kinds of stuff running down it, the shake stirring machines were filthy and so was everything by the ice cream. Grease in the fryers is nasty as our fries were limp and dark brown. Anytime I have seen the employees it looks like they are rolling in food as 99% of the time they are filthy. They dont all use gloves, hair nets and God knows what else. There is a heavy set black woman and a heavy set white woman with pink hair that are slow as molasses. One night there was a long line of a family wanting ice cream and those 2 women were cleaning...slowly. They should of been helping. If you clean as you go, even quickly it won't look or smell so nasty. People taking orders in the drive thru are slow. I mean slow that they can't take multiple orders and collect cash. Lazy people with piss poor attitudes. I won't be eating there anymore.
Heck the drive thru got busy and I was blocked in with food that needed to be frozen and our dinner. We didn't eat the fries as they got cold and well tasted burnt. My shake was overflowing and it got in my cupholders, spilled out on me and all over my friends room. I asked for a drink carrier and no one answered me. I should of just gotten my money back and left to eat elsewhere. You need a major overhaul with those employees. They are sinking this Braums into the ground. Start with the managers as they should never let the dining room like crap, the restrooms look like crap and everything and everyone behind the counters act and look like crap.
Yet your receipt says "We are proud of the products we offer. Are you though? Most of the products on the shelves are just slightly good with maybe 5 days to eat it....
Read moreThe ENTIRE STAFF at this location is rude. My family arrived last night (10/26) and ordered 2 frozen twists in cups and a small chocolate shake. We were at the first window for more than 15 minutes after paying only to wait. There were 4 individuals at the 2nd window servicing a cart of customers. They tried to give an SUV ahead of us 2 twist cones but the customer rejected them. Once we arrived at the window a heavy-set African American girl with fried hair down her back, without a hair net might I add, attempted to give us the same cones she attempted to give the previous customer. We let the heavy-set woman know that we ordered cups not cones. After the long wait and noticing that she’d just run an order outside and come back in only to TRY to give us two cones WITHOUT GLOVES, we just wanted a refund at this point. The girl told her shift leader we wanted a refund. There was a young African American teenage male in the back that shrugged his shoulders and said that he didn’t care. The shift leader came And asked us for a receipt. My husband told her that our order should still be on the screen. She made us wait an additional 8 minutes to give our money back. Once we left. The heavy-set girl and the guy that shrugged his shoulders were out front leaving and hanging out at a car. Meanwhile, the drive-thru is wrapped down the block.
UPDATE We tried to give this location a second chance today 10/27. We went in and they left the ice cream on the counter. We asked if that was our ice cream they said yes and that our food would take an additional 15 minutes because they JUST began to cook it. We told them, ok please make sure that our ice cream is fresh. We do not want this melted ice cream. We got our food and noticed that we were STILL missing fries. We told the shift leader/manager that our order was missing items she just walked away. No apology or anything! She gave us fries and said, “HERE, I GAVE YOU EXTRA CHICKEN STRIPS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.” I got into the car and shipped my shake only to feel clumps of chocolate syrup clogging my straw. We just wanted polite customer service and our order to be correct. This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had with a Braum’s. We won’t ever go back to this location. Read moreI don’t ever write reviews but I went in here with one of my friends a couple nights ago and had the worst customer service. They looked very busy so I wasn’t too worried when the wait was long. When the guy got to me, I asked for a m&m sundae and he sighed and walked away immediately after. Then when I got my sundae it had m&m dust on it. There wasn’t even a single candy on the top just the dust and crumbs. I added a photo so that way you could see. And then my friend also wanted a sundae but has a nut allergy so when he took her order she asked him what was on the banana fudge sundae. He sighed again and walked away and then came back to ask if she wanted single or double scoop. Clearly he didn’t hear her right so she repeated her question, very politely and clearly, asking what was on the sundae. He proceeded to just stare at her as if she had done something wrong. Then she asked if there were nuts on the sundae and he replied with yes and she asked if she could have no nuts and he walked away again to go make it without replying. He just had such a big attitude with us and we were very nice to him. Then I hear him complaining to his coworker about how many sundaes he made that day. I understand being frustrated and annoyed by making something over and over, I work in fast food, but at the end of the day that’s not the customer’s fault so you have no right to complain in front of them or be rude to them for their order. His other coworker responded with “Just stop bitching about it and give it to them”. That right there shows me that this employee was complaining about this throughout his whole shift. When he checked me out he then again said not a single word to me, not even to tell me my total. I’ve been here before and never had such bad service like I did that night.
