Thamel Beer Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Euless

This is by far the worst “Indian” food I’ve ever had…. And the worst phone service ever. That should have been our first hint. We call and ask what’s in a dish and the response is “it’s to complicated to explain, what’s your order”.

So we order our safe dishes. Chicken Tikka Masala and and Palak Paneer. We get there and no one knew we had ordered anything. Our order was on the computer, it had already been half an hour since we ordered, but for 20 minutes we were told it would be another 2 or 3 minutes.

The Palak Paneer is LITERALLY chopped Spanish from a can. It’s runny, and disgusting. The Chicken Tikka is sour and salty. The Dal has no flavor at all. It’s runny and absolutely no flavor. Everything’s runny, and has the worst flavor. Do yourself a favor and go to Ghurka’s across the street. We had an amazing experience here! We were on a hunt for authentic momos in the DFW area to satisfy our craving, and a friend recommended this spot in Euless.

We ordered Jhol Momo and Chilli Momo, and my friend insisted we try Piro Aloo. It wasn’t on the menu, but when we asked, they actually made it for us! That was such a nice surprise.

The momos were absolutely delicious—mouthwatering, honestly. We especially loved the Jhol Momo, but the Chilli Momo and Piro Aloo were great too.

The wait time wasn’t bad, and they gave us complimentary tortilla chips and salsa to snack on while we waited. The real surprise came at the end—after we paid, they brought out two complimentary slices of cheesecake (or pie?). We were already super happy with the food, but that gesture took the experience to the next level.

You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer! I’ll be coming back and hope the food and service stay...

Disappointing Visit to Thamel Beer Garden, waited one and half hour to get my chicken momo!!! 😮‍💨

My recent visit to Thamel Beer Garden with a group of eight friends was highly disappointing, despite our prior reservation. We faced slow service, missed orders, and an unexpected 20% service - about $40 service charge, understandable but was not clearly mentioned in the menus. The overall experience left us dissatisfied, even with a $10 discount provided as compensation for the poor service 🤷‍♂️

We all were super hungry but our orders were taking forever. One and Half hours to receive my chicken momo 🙄. This excessive delay was both unexpected and unacceptable, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. Other orders were full of chaos too.

Chicken momo was below average. On the other hand, vegetable momo didn't look appealing, it was already falling apart when served.
