Update: I stopped there to see if "Ricky" still works there and he saw me. He apologized, claiming that upper management did not "speak" with him about the situation. So there you go folks! This proves that McDonald's upper management will look the other way when customers are verbally abused and children are traumatized by staff! AVOID THIS STORE.
Took four grandchildren there 08/16/18 to play and eat late lunch. Decided to buy them ice cream cones 30 minutes before leaving there. We had a wonderful time in the playground area. I used the kiost machine because there were customers in line waiting to order. Screen instructed me to order, enter locator number, pay and be seated and the order will be delivered to our table. We waited 10 minutes(?). No customers at registers and only few customers in dining room by then. Employees were just standing around doing nothing. Manager (Ricky?) appeared at register, visually scans the room and yells, "you waiting on ice cream?" "Yes", I said, "but we've waited almost10 minutes. Just give me a refund." He yelled out that I needed to come get cones because he has too many orders to fill. I told him I'd been watching and they weren't so busy that I'd had to wait 10 minutes to get cones. He became angry, told me to shut up, placed two cones on counter and SNATCHED the receipt out of my hand. My grandchildren are screaming and horrified because he is repeatedly telling me to shut up and pointing his finger at me. I told him that he should not be speaking to me like that and that people have lost jobs working at other places who talked to me like that. "The problem with you is, that you think you can speak to anyone anyway you like and get away with it!", I told him. I, again, asked for refund. "Give me your receipt!" "You took my receipt!" "No, I didn't!" "Yes, you did!" He knock over a beverage cup on tray. "Look! You can't even do your job right!" I said. Because you are making me jittery and irritable!", he yelled. The customer there patted me on shoulder and said", "He shouldn't be talking to you this way. Stay calm". Ricky kept calling me "short little lady" and made reference to my baldness to another employee. "This is cancer! This is cancer! This is how you treat people that have or have had cancer? My screaming grandchildren have now fled the building and still no refund. An assistant mamager gave me the refund and I left to go find my grandchildren. I spoke to Chief of Operations who apologized and said he'd fix it. This is a franchise depending on families, to stay in business. I am appalled to read many similar bad reviews and question why this store is still in operation. We shouldn't have had such a terrible experience at McDonald's. HE TRAUMATIZED MY GRANDCHILDREN. WHAT WILL YOU DO,...

Update: July 24 2018
My family and I just went in and literally sat there for 15 plus minutes while 5 cars went by waiting on our meals. Then when my husband complained we had a nasty man with a bad attitude tell us our food is probably cold and was very very unprofessional. It's okay though because I have it all on video and they can be darn sure I will be contacting corporate and the general manager of this store tomorrow morning.
They should be ashamed to behave in such a way in front of three young children.
Update 7/25:
Patty the general manager is now investigating and saw the video. She has offered help to rectify the situation.
Update: 1/15/19
I brought my child in for a school event night and I was really hoping things would have improved at this location given all the past complaints by not only myself but others to the general manager, the owner of the franchise, and even the corporate headquarters for McDonald's.
Low and beyond, I come in and order a Happy Meal, a Large Frappe, a single hash brown, and a SAUSAGE mcmuffin.
I noticed the cost was high so I check my receipt to see the lady not only charged me for an EGG mcmuffin not SAUSAGE but she also charged me for apple slices.
I alert the manager who only refunds me about $1.50......she doesn't even ring in the refund she does the math in her head apparently and then hands me change.
This is obviously not the right change and I tell her that and then get argued with.
I seriously have never been to a McDonald's in my life that messes up...
Read moreNot that I hold McDonald's to a high standard, or any standard, really. All I expect is a cheap burger, and maybe a little shred of service. That won't get you a review, but I often will review if anything is above that. Not here. Below standards and expectations for McDonald's. My grandson began to get sick in the play area before we received our "food". Well, not 1 employee seemed to care the first 2 times I asked for a bucket, then for something or someone to do something about this. The third time, I was told they were getting a manager. I called back almost 45 minutes after we left, and the manager, who answered the phone "hello" (and left me to verify I was calling McDonald's), was yet to be made aware of the situation. Still, half my order was inaccurate or unable to be eaten. No drinks, and we didn't have time to fix that at the store. None of the employees know how to do anything outside of their particular task it seems. Nor do they care. Management is obviously not interested in the operation of the store. And the only way to fix this would be a replacement order? Your horrible food is not worth a 3 hour drive (I live nowhere near useless). Save your time, money, and stress. Save your sanity. Until management is replaced or figures out how to run a store, you deserve better than...
