If I could give this restaurant no stars and still get a review I would. The woman working the drive-through window today was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never go to this restaurant and I recommend that you don’t either. There is no tolerance for being rude to customers. She was extremely short tempered and disrespectful to me not showing any human decency. I tried to call the store and speak to the manager but they didn’t answer the phone. Do not go to this Arby’s. Go to Culver’s or Hardee’s in Pacific and stay away from this Arby’s restaurant. For what it’s worth I went to the Hardee’s in Pacific and they were extremely nice. The owner of this Arby’s needs to go to Hardees or Culver’s and take some lessons on how to give customer service and then share that with his employees. I am in the service industry and have been in leader ship for over 25 years and if one of my employees treated customers like this restaurant’s employees do I would fire them. Read moreClosed the day before at 6pm😡. It’s dinner time. Made the mistake of going in the next day as I still wanted a roast beef. The drive through is difficult to hear as the highway is close. I asked the person taking the order to please repeat what he had said a couple times. This clearly aggravated him and he started yelling everything into the microphone. I told him I think we have some confusion and asked to start over. I had only ordered 2 meals at this point and only needed 3. He just kept shouting what I had ordered. Read moreThis place has severely gone downhill, ordered a sandwich in store for to go, when i got to my vehicle and opened it it was missing ingredients and very little meat, mind you this is the sandwich i always get at other locations, i brought it back in and was told they didnt have enough ingredients, why wasnt i told that before i paid “ enough money”, and basically told thats how i would have to eat it.
