Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Eureka

I'm dumbfounded that they took the Polish dog off the food court menu. However, the pulled pork sandwich was the worst food item I've ever tried, at costco!!! Pulled pork sammie had no flavor, no pop at all...glad to see that short lived. It could have been a big seller but who ever designed it doesn't eat pulled pork. There's no Southern Carolina tangy mustard BBQ sauce flavor, at all....in fact, no flavor, ($5-$6). I'm curious to try the açai pudding/sorbet. Most places use way too much banana, or other fruit...because açai, is very expensive. Or it's to loose...
