I had received two DoorDash orders.Customer placed a second doordash as there first got delivered to the wrong address and the staff at the store refused to look in system to see if they’ve received the second order and the manger on shift at the register told me they wouldn’t repeat them selfs they aren’t looking for the order or remaking anything.I told her to give me a moment so I can figure it out with doordash/customer as there may be some miss communication and she told me to get out of her store that I can not be in there that I am unwelcome and than refused to give me her name or any contact information for Mangement.She than processed to say she’s calling the cops on me and grabbed her phone and called someone.All employees on shift gave me same hostility after mangement spoke in Spanish to them.Staff physically turned there backs to me and refused additional help and only kept repeating “ Go , get out of here.They refused to turn around and knowledge me.The DoorDash customer tried to communicate with manger and she refused to listen to what customer was trying to say and refused any further communication.The customer was just as in shock as I was regarding the terrible customer service.Customer and myself were trying to resolve issue as customer even offered to place the order in an additional 3rd time if they still didn’t receive it.After the interaction on the phone and the way mangement spoke to me/customer, the customer decided to order from a different restaurant instead.
I came back a second time for another doordash order same night the same manger approached me immediately with such hostility an was very rude and refused to give me my doordash order do to my complaint against her regarding her service online earlier than evening.She said “for me to complain again” it’s very unprofessional behaviour from management.I recorded my interaction as employee should be held responsible for poor behaviour.Also two other doordashers were in the store during the incident and recommend she still filling the order and having another employee give it to me if she felt uncomfortable.I have a job and a family to fulfill.I upset her when I asked her to confirm a prior order and refused to said she’s been doing this 4/5 years she knows what she’s doing.I am a top dasher this affects my pay.Id like to speak to someone directly resolve issue I made a complaint on www.heyjack.com.I tried to contact the store this morning 11/2/2024 but the male manger on shift refused to give me his name or additional information to speak to a store manger and hung up on me.I called back a second time and he answered before I could speak he said there’s no store manger for this eureka location and they do not take complaints that he’s not helping me and hung up a second time before I could communicate with him.My complaint was regarding last night and he was unprofessional and refused to help.One of the workers during the incident last night apologized to me regarding his manger (female)and gave me the doordash order despite the manger telling them to refuse me service.She was on the phone with upper Mangement and was told to give me the order this was after I had already received it by the kind gentleman.I appreciate him not playing into the toxicity and hostile work environment that Mangement was creating.She told them vocally to turn there backs to me and ignore me that was absolutely ridiculous. I included a photo of the manger on shift and employee on shift who participated in the hostility as well as that was the same employee who hung up on me twice when kindly asking for store manger’s information for further communication.Id like to address my concerns to a person in charge of operations as it affects my pay and rating when receiving orders for this location and am unable to take them or receive them due to the hostile work environment.I have received numerous and numerous orders from this location and have never had...
Read moreI placed a mobile order and picked up in the Drive-Thru at around 7 pm on Sunday night January 17th. I ordered two meals: spicy chicken sandwich and the new cluck deluxe sandwich, both with fries. I ordered and paid ahead of time and it was over $20 for the both meals. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order and they gave me two bags. the guy that gave me the bags stated one was the cluck deluxe sandwich with fries and the other one was the spicy chicken with fries. we got home and we realized that only one of our meals was received the other bag was a bag of egg rolls and jalapeno poppers! we did not order any appetizers, just the two chicken meals. so we had to drive all the way back and went through the drive-thru again just to let them know they gave us a wrong bag and that I'm missing my food entirely. so we got to the window and they seemed confused and didn't understand. I showed them my receipt of the mobile order and told them what I did get and I was missing my entire meal. the older hispanic lady maybe the supervisor, she looked like she had an attitude and like I was some hoodlum trying to get free food. I don't care what other customers you served or what they've done, I have no reason to lie about food I did or did not get. I paid for the food already now you owe me what I paid for, it's that simple. They told me to park on the side and they'll bring my food out. However when the young lady came out she only gave me my spicy chicken sandwich, I was still missing my fries so for the fourth time I told her I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. To my utter shock , she said that the people inside said I already got my fries! but I never did and I asked if I can get a refund because I already paid for those but never got them. and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. this was terrible customer service despite the fact that they could barely speak English . The customer service and attitude was horrendous tonight. I already emailed corporate to give me a full refund of my meal because by the time we did get home our food was cold and I was missing part of my meal still. Do not go here at night, their current night crew sucks and does not even speak English and will probably mess up your order several times. Read moreOn Sunday August 23rd 2020 at 6 a.m. I was in the Drive-Thru line I had a coupon to for one from the receipt that says either buy one supreme croissant get another one for free or a Jumbo Jack same thing! The drive to Lady refused to except my coupon said I had 3 days only and then it has expired! When I explained to her that it was not expired that it in fact I had three days to do the survey which I did the survey then very next day and I had likes certain amount of time to use the coupon which it was August 23rd and it was exactly on the last day that I could use the coupon and the lady simply refused! And tried to charge me $8 and some change for the two supreme croissants! Now when I try to call the phone number from this website it is not for Jack in the Box on Broadway in Eureka! So the phone number is wrong on the website also! I've never been treated so poorly by the Jack in the Box anywhere I have gone I have Advil Jack in the Box customer and I expect to be treated correctly! I was traveling from Sacramento as I said for a little bit over 7 hours and I was exhausted so I didn't feel like arguing with her and getting the manager so I just got the one supreme two shot and left and then when I ate it it was so skimpy it's a supreme croissant it's supposed to have ham and bacon and maybe something else they had one tiny itty-bitty crumb of bacon on there! I am so disgusted with this place I am going to go to Yelp now and tell them what happened are also and maybe I could get some reimbursement and apologies for the horrible service and rudeness after driving 7 hours which I explained to the lady at the drive-thru window but she didn't care she was...
