I recently purchased a Fabform trailer and I must say, it has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I received the product, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The quality of the trailer is simply appalling.
Firstly, the build quality is extremely poor. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, and it's clear that corners were cut during the manufacturing process. The trailer started showing signs of wear and tear after just a few uses, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this nature.
Moreover, the functionality of the trailer is severely lacking. The design flaws are evident, making it difficult to load and unload items efficiently. The latch mechanism is unreliable, causing unnecessary frustration and delays. It's as if this product was rushed to market without any consideration for its practicality or durability.
To make matters worse, the customer service provided by Fabform was absolutely abysmal. When I reached out to address my concerns and request assistance, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. It's clear that Fabform has no regard for customer satisfaction.
I would strongly advise against purchasing any product from Fabform trailers. The poor quality and lackluster customer service make this a regrettable experience. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by looking elsewhere for a reliable and reputable...
Read moreA great place for outdoor stuff like fishing and hunting. Usual visits for fishing gear. I did have a problem when I went to get fishing line braided and the guy said they can put it on selling by the yard for cheaper than buying by the box. I thought to myself okay great deal. Then asked for braided on my pole because I wanted to fish rocky areas in the bay. I paid around 18 dollars for the line, I dont remember how much I got in yards and left the store no problem. Speeding ahead; fishing couple days and after losing line and occasionally snagging, I tie a knot then casting out as far as I can in the jetty eventually using more line. I realized my pole was not fully wrapped with the braided I thought I had bought. Unknowingly I really paid for couple yards of braided and the rest I dont know what type of clear line tied on the pole. As far as weight restrictions carbon or clear line etc. I dont know if this is a normal or correct way of using this type of line but I was not informed and felt deceaved on my purchase of fishing line. I might be wrong on the use of it but I wish I was informed on the correct way or at least the double line. So next time I will just do it...
Read moreI had a highly disappointing experience with RMI Outdoors. I purchased one of their trailers, but within just a month, it became clear that the product was not up to par. Unfortunately, when I approached RMI Outdoors for assistance, they refused to stand by the product they sold.
This lack of accountability and refusal to provide support left me feeling extremely let down as a customer. I expected better after-sales service and a willingness to address the issues with the trailer. It's disheartening to invest in a product that quickly proves to be of poor quality, only to be met with indifference from the company.
I strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from RMI Outdoors. It's evident that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or take responsibility for the products they sell. There are other reputable companies in the market that offer better quality products and stand by their customers.
Remember, it's important to express your dissatisfaction in a respectful manner while providing specific details about...
