I am a dedicated Dutch Bros fan and am writing this to help provide constructive information to help continue the positive services they provide. I have a potential health threatening allergy to compounds found in certain processed sugars and sweeteners, so I always ask for "raw sugar" packets in my iced breve and they normally do provide this, but 2 out of 10 purchases, this does not happen as the raw sugar is evident in the bottom (& which I now prefer). So today I am feeling the side effects from drinking 1/3 of my iced breve with processed or liquid sugar. Can you please provide a memo to your staff that sometimes it is not only a preference, but a true need for careful ingredient contents to be considered during their preparations. Read moreI go to dutch more often than I probably should lol so I know what my drink should look and taste like I paid for float and didnt receive it and when I asked then to add it since I paid for it they said it was in there... clearly there was no float as my drink was green and my float was supposed to be red on top... my moms also go a black tea with pom and mango same thing she gets everytime and there was absolutely no pomegranate and no mango so she just paid over 5 dollars for a sweet tea with no syrup. I never complain but we were quite disappointed today with not only our drinks being messed up but the service we got after mentioning the problem was no great they'd rather argue than just fix the problem. Read moreHere is my thing with Dutch... I get annoyed when they think people just know what their menu has so they just put up this vague one that tells you nothing really. What the hell is that? Are they going for this like "u know what we got" vibe? They arent that good to go there. My second issue is I dont like to be asked about my day or plans while I wait for my order. I think it is policy at Dutch for employees to do this. To me that isnt sincere and more disrespectful. Id rather the worker get her/his job done then ask me about my day if she/he wants. But here its a formula: give order and get asked about my day. That's to robotic. Too non-human, non-organic even. Do they really care about my day? All of the workers?
