This was hands down the worst I have ever been treated at ANY food location. My bad for heading to McDonald's for breakfast, but we all make mistakes. After waiting for minutes on my food through the drive thru, I phoned the store. (I was in pjs and didn't want to go in.) I was told food was coming and hung up on. I called back when my food didn't arrive and was very kind and just asked for my order. I know these people have lousy jobs. I'm not one to be rude to anyone. On the second call, I asked how long it would be and was AGAIN hung up on. I went inside at that point and the manager on duty wouldn't give me their name and walked away from me when I asked for a refund. Another worker came to the cash register and refused to give me a refund for my coffee because she said I already had it. However I did not. I did end up getting my full refund, which I appreciated. The rudeness of the manager is reflected through the other employees and I absolutely blame the owners for allowing this behavior to continue. This is not the first time I have had rudeness at this location although nothing that would require a review. Today, there were ahead of me who also went in to get their order and was treated very poorly. Read moreThe night my family went, they were short staff. All trash cans were over flowing. I understand they only had 3 maybe 4 crew members on the night of 10-22-23. I totally applause them for keeping their business open, instead of other business would close early for not having enough staff. I feel like when they had down time, they should've had 2 instead of 1 crew members clearing off tables that customers left behind their trash because the trash cans were filled. As well as changing out all the trash can bags because there were paper towels overflowing the bathroom trash cans to where it was on the floors as well. Again, the 4 of them did an awesome job on getting the customers food out and informed us it could be up 20 minutes wait before our order number could be called. If they could manage a busy night like the night my family went, the 4 of them deserve a very night dinner thats more expensive than fast food. Also, they need to divide clean up duties with 2 crew members not just 1, every hour no later two hours when they're short on crew members. Read moreI wish I could do negative stars! I ordered through the drive thru. The girl who took my order was super nice. They said I needed to pull around and they would be right out. Ten minutes later I went inside. The girl behind the counter asked what I needed. I said I think my order was forgotten. I was not angry or rude. I simply said I’ve been waiting for ten minutes. She asked for my receipt. I said I didn’t get one. She sighed and rolled her eyes and asked what I ordered. I told her and she said she would go check. I said okay. She said it wasn’t her fault. I agreed and said I didn’t say it was. She then told me to watch my tone. I said excuse me? She went off on me about my attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and she said fine and my manager will tell the same thing that you need to watch your attitude. Then she screamed “Julie! There’s a lady out here with an attitude!” The manager came out. She asked what I ordered, pretended to look around and finally put the order together.
