Primo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Eureka

I have been here several times and love their food. Yet, their staff is ridiculously unupdated and don’t understand their menu and those of other locations. I had a meal and snack pass from my school trip and an hour previously had gotten an ice cream. I pulled up to the pizza place excited to get my meal to when I pulled up to the register they tried to tell me ice cream is a meal when it is clearly advertised as a snack. Then they refused to give me my food with the meal plan as marked on the menu. After this, my friend asked them if I could just take breadsticks instead if I only had a snack, they were clearly labeled as a snack on the menu but according to the cashier they were also “a meal”. It’s ridiculous that this system does not work and these people are incapable of understanding how these menus work. I did not have time to fight this situation due to a storm rolling in but my friends also got ice cream and were able to get meals at other locations. Ridiculous. Never going back.
