I have used this location multiple times and most times I deal with a rude older man who obviously does not want to be there. but yesterday the experience I had with an older women takes the cake. The older woman that works there who I found out from another store is supposedly the manager was so rude to me that I will never step foot in this store again. I had an issue with an Amazon return and this woman told me I would have to take it up with Amazon which was fine, but it was the way she spoke to me with such attitude that I literally couldn't believe she was talking to a customer this way. When I questioned what she was saying she said "are you kidding me right now" with the head shake and everything! I said yes I am just wanting you to try to process the QR code and then she let me have it... She said "why do people not believe that I know what I am talking about I have been working here for 6 years!! Do you think that your QR code is different from the other 100 people that have been in here today!!!" I told her I was sorry that she was so offended by me questioning her. But I didn't know she had worked there for 6 years or if she had just started the day before! They didn't even try to scan my QR code to see if there were two UPS labels associated with it. I left, went to the Wildwood UPS store and they were polite, & took care of me. When I told the people at the Wildwood location about my experience they told me this woman is the manager in Eureka and they hear customer complaints about her all the time! I see many bad reviews some from two plus years ago saying how rude the older man behind the counter is and how rude this woman is and yet they are still there. This tells me the ownership does not care what people say in their reviews, but be forewarned if you go in this location prepare to insulted and verbally abused or do what I will now do and never go in...
Read moreMy husband and I had a telescope to be wrapped and mailed the young lady (dark hair) was so incredibly patient and the older gentleman that works there was so very friendly we were in and out with no issues. I had to return because I had forgotten to mail another gift I walked in and the line was pretty long . The older man was taking Amazon orders in which really shortened the line the dark hair lady was was helping a customer and had a some problems which questions had to be asked . And then there was JAN she was helping another customer and was very disgusted and aggravated on the questions that were asked from the young lady in regards to this older man issues. Well JAN went off on him told him there was nothing they could do and you need to be more patient and literally was yelling with that the customer said I just got off work and came in here and she said said SIR you need to wait he said I am your the one yelling. JAN went back to her customer and apologized saying sorry for the interruption and rudeness of a customer!!!!!! (it was pretty loud ) She also got mad at the other worker for taking Amazon orders and told him to switch because he wasn’t really doing anything important. JAN should be replaced are retire this type of business is very busy during the holidays and this is why JAN needs to retire. She was the most rudest worker I have ever ran into .and the customer was not rude to her at all Someone needs to take care of this employee. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreI want to start by saying there’s a lady here who’s just wonderful. She’s So nice and pleasant to work with and the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars. The younger gentleman and other lady could learn a thing or two about customer service however. As many others have said in the reviews I’ve read, they claim every time I Walk in with a ups mobile code that it won’t work. Every single time. My company has a UPS account and they have a mobile code option. I ship with it at this store 3 times a week, but every time I walk in they say it won’t work. Tonight I had the same issue when showing the code on my phone and politely asked the woman behind the counter if she would just try to scan it to which she followed up with “don’t you think I know what I’m taking about? I do this all day everyday and your code will not work.” Huffing in a very annoyed way. After I begged her to just try the code for a third time, a label quickly popped out of the machine. She was flabbergasted and did admit she was “arrogant and put her foot in her mouth” (he words, not mine), but nonetheless, the snippy, know-it-all attitude was not appreciated.
