Dunkin' — Restaurant in Evans

I love Dunkin’ Donuts! But this location, they need to fire everyone and close it! I went through the driveway to get me and my sign something to drink and a small doughnut before the park my total was two dollars and some change. Well I gave the girl a $20 bill and I did not pay attention to the change she gave back, the girl was extremely rude to begin with I had to ask her twice for a receipt and a straw. When I realized she did not give me the correct change back I went back to the location went inside and told the manager. He proceeded to tell me that he had already counted the register and it was not over what I said it was. I told him to go check the cameras because I had no reason to lie. I am a stay at home mom and I have no reason to be stealing money from any company when my husband makes enough of it. He came back out and said that he did not see anything where I had given her $20 and that there was a possibility when I realized she did not give me the correct change back I went back to the location went inside and told the manager. BUT THE GIRL HAS ONLY BEEN THERE 2 DAYS! Ridiculous. Waiting to hear back...

The coffee is consistently bad. Let's be honest one if the main reasons we go to Dunkin is to get a good cup of coffee iced or hot. Unfortunately at this location they normally are serving substandard coffee. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location until this one can get is act together.

Stopped in again today to see if it had improved, they got the order wrong, medium ice coffee instead of the large that was paid for. Solution dump the medium into a large glass no added ice, cream or sugar and out the window it goes to me.

Parked went in and got additional ice, cream and sugar so it tasted right.

This location just does not care about upholding any sort of standards for quality or service.

Head elsewhere for quality coffee and service. There is a much better Dunkin on Belair.....

For a one year update. This is hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts in the Augusta area. Hadn't been there in sometime gave them a shot and still can't make a coffee to save their lives.

Avoid this one go to Starbucks if you have to.

Another update they have been doing better the last couple times I stopped by do I am cautiously optimistic about them getting...

715am no one other customers in the building. 4 or 5 cars in the drivethru. The cashier didn't even speak to me when she came over to the register. She grabbed the milk I had set on the counter and tried to ring it up but the register gave her difficulty. She finally rang it up and said do you want anything else? My kid was like she didn't even say hi. I asked for what else I needed and paid while I politely ignored the gratuity cup. The tables and floors were filthy but I'm not surprised bc the outside of the restaurant could use a soft wash by a professional. There was even stuff on the walls. There were flies. 🤢 The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days I would say bc it too disgusting. Luckily we were just washing hands. We will not be supporting this Dunkin in the future. If the entire restaurant looks the way it does, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I can't understand owning a business and not caring about the way it looks or operates but I guess their making money regardless bc it's on...
