The place is a mess they can't get orders right and it's good was definitely old sitting past it's expiration time on the hot pass the fries where definitely old and over salted and we ordered the double jalapeno qourter pounder and only got a single it took about 20 minutes for anyone to answer the phone to take our complaint so not worth the hour wait in line while the lobby gets remodeled will give one last chance to get their act together don't advertise a double if u don't sell it that way
So gave a nother chance and again they messed up again so not only was it a remake on the order with a 20 minute wait to even order the remake but again they repeat the same mistakes and to add on to it not only did it take 20 minutes to order we then waited almost an hour to even get our food wich came out cold even with the fries they added and the drinks to make up for that won't get me to return to this place it's not worth the wait time just to get a messed up order and have it replaced with the same mistakes as the original one will not be returning to this McDonald's again there are two others in town that don't hardly ever make these mistakes let alone repeats it. Do not recommend here unless u want a long wait for poor food quality
Food came out rather quickly this time still wasn't great as my chicken was over done hard along the edges of it but with the lobby open the place was ok hearing kids have fun and just the vibe of conversation was good I'm ok with having had to give them a nother chance hope the place continues to go up in it's standards will try this place again just to see how well it does
Well placed an order to go and they didn't even acknowledge that it was done no name called nothing leading to my food getting cold and no one likes cold fries which are not good even re-warmed up it sucked about to stop giving this location any business from me with other locations in town that have proven to be better on service with better quality of food I don't think I'll give this location anymore chances hope the franchise owner or corporate steps in and corrects this location before it's to late to save

The issue came up when we were given the wrong food through the drive through. We had already got home, so I called and spoke to Vanessa who arranged for the meal to be replaced (#3 large with a sweet tea). Fast forward to today. We don't have AC in our cars, so my husband offered to let me stay home while he picked up the food.
20 minutes..... 20 minutes is the time he sat at the first window while they tried to figure out how to type in the same order that we placed last night (which, by the way, was on a receipt in front of them). They apparently couldn't grasp that someone with a different name came to pick up food for his wife, even after telling them 5 TIMES that the replacement was under my name. And despite the fact that it took them 20 minutes to get that straightened out, they still messed up the replacement order.... Medium fries instead of large, sprite instead of tea, couldn't grasp a simple request of no pickles or onions, wrong sauces.....
So I called them to talk to the manager and suggest that they consider a process that doesn't require someone to sit at their drive through window for 20 minutes and then get the wrong food. I tried really hard to be diplomatic. I told her that we really don't need more food to be replaced, but rather that I just wanted to give them constructive feedback so that this direct keep happening. I really just can't go back to a restaurant where I have to check to make sure that all my food is correct before leaving the drive through, for fear of having to deal with this mess again. Her response? " People say that all the time. And they always come back. And we say, 'nice to see you again'." I assure you we will not be back, especially after a condescending response like that.
When it comes down to it, it's not about if mistakes happen, because they do. We are all human. It's really much more about how the managers respond. I don't think I have ever dealt with a worse response to an issue. I'd sooner drive to the Loveland store and...
Read moreUpon arriving, we weren't greeted by any of the associates. After ordering on the kiosks, it didn't take very long for the first part of our order to come out, but when we got it it was missing several things.
I ordered the quarter pounder cheese deluxe with no pickles, extra onions, and no mustard. What I got was an empty shell of what I wanted. They skipped the tomatos, lettuce and ketchup, and added mustard and pickles anyways. There were hardly any onions. I don't typically complain if there is one or two things messed up on, but this was like a pretty big flop and I paid $8 for this thing.
I also redeemed the 6000 points Happy meal thing to get the miniature McDonald's toy (which are adorable by the way!) and it took about 45 minutes to get one happy meal out. The restaurant definitely wasn't busy today, so I don't understand why it took so long. After waiting for so long, I tried going to the counter and asking about an ETA of when ny order 1652 what's going to be done, and to the employees it seems like the order didn't exist even though it was right on the screen "1652". I waited like 15 minutes to get a response out of it, and it turned out that the order was done this whole time it was just sitting on the side which infuriated me.
Overall, the service for this establishment was incredibly poor and I will not be coming here again. Unless they get a better employees to do the job better, I will be going to other places...
