Personally, I would just say in the fewest words possible. Don’t do it just pay the extra 20 $25. If you can go somewhere else the light kept turning off at the restroom when I was in the shower the light button I was afraid to touch because it was hanging off of the wall, even if I touched it, it would not do what it’s supposed to do. The blankets were so thin you could see through the actual so-called blanket. The hallway smelled like piss and cigarette . I went up to the front and asked if there was any coffee. the counter had dust on it for starters also, a guy in wheelchair replied angrily, as if I had bothered him, push the button, I was like excuse me push what and he said can I get in there? Rudest person ever had been sitting in their wheelchair the entire time before I got there yet chose to get some coffee when I got there and I was in their way and I was taking too long to try to get some coffee he was speaking in another language to who ever was behind the counter. The hallway is under construction. Looks like it’s been under construction for the past few months. It just looks like crap if you could avoid it, just avoid it.

Friends don’t let friends stay here. How did this place ever get good ratings on other websites? I feel so cheated. How sad it is that I paid $100 for this room. $100 should not get you trash accommodation. I was so appalled by the state of this hotel. - All of the bedclothes had stains, and my sheet had a hole in it. - The odor of the room was unbearable, but you couldn’t even open the window to air it out. - No handsoap was provided, and the bathroom fan didn’t work but was exposed and layered with dust. The bathtub creaked with even the slightest move. I could read a newspaper through the towels provided. - I had to throw my socks away because they were BLACK from walking around on the floor. - Someone cut the gas line to rental truck I had in the parking lot. - Trash literally littering the premises like yard decorations. Seriously, don’t come here. Stay far away.

The place was very unclean. The room I had was not clean and it had dried old blood on the floor and the curtain. When I told the front desk about it he was rude. I showed him pictures and he finally gave me another room. The new room was not any better there was an overwhelming horrible smell and no way to air it out since the windows don’t open. The bathtub, walls, and floor were all dirty. Towels still had hair in them and were all stained. Thank goodness I packed sandals to wear. The hallway/ stairway had massive dust balls, dirt, and food left on the floor. I was not compensated for any of the trouble or the downgrade from a king to a queen. I did not want a free room but some compensation should have been given. I slept horribly and was glad to leave the next day. I will never stay here again.

The worst place I have ever stayed. ADA accessible is not at all available. I was traveling with elderly and disabled. The shower was not possible for them. There were no handles for them to hold. The photo shows there are shower chairs available which they are not. I called ahead arrival to explain but was told they do not have these type of rooms.

1: They argued about extra towels and blankets due to the didn't have enough due to washing. The hotel had 5 cars. 2: There was a man staying weekly that asked to buy my dog, tried entering our room in the middle of the night, asked if I could be his ride and finally police came twice and finally arrested him. 3: the "kitchen" area was filthy and was not cleaned in over 24 hours. I asked and they said we do not have housekeeping until the AM. They apparently could not do it themselves. 4: I am very open but when asking for a napkin for my coffee the front desk did not know what that was and handed me a single piece of bounty paper towel. 5: I looked for the "breakfast". There was only a waffle maker that was disgusting so I opened the cupboards that were labeled oatmeal, trail bars, etc. I asked about where they were and was told only waffles. 6: The grounds for "pets" are full of burs and weeds so I had to brush my dogs to get these out of their fur. 7: Finally asking after two days if anyone would be cleaning the room. Again told no housekeeping. At this point I presented the fact of all the things that had happened and insisted clean towels, refreshed linens. I was told no. I pressed and was told that the person at the desk (very nice compared to the rest) would clean himself. He finally gave us a new room for the night.

Expectations for a room that cost $125/night and $20/per pet is unbelievable for what we received in service and price. I know it is a lower cost place to stay but the next night in Estes Park we had the same prices with an amazing room with full access to all that was shown on the reservation.

It was the most horrible place we have ever stayed. Very...

Shady lying management. Booked a jacuzzi room and after charging our card told us we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. We only drove out there specifically for the jacuzzi or we wouldn’t have stayed there at all. But after charging our card we didn’t have a choice but to stay because it would take a couple days for a refund to come back to our card and we really couldn’t afford to stay somewhere else without that money. So he tells us he will give us a discount. We stay because we have to. The power goes out in half the room around 7pm and never came back on, and the breakfast they gave us was a Twinkie and a bag of gummy treats.. so glad we got up for that. Noticed after about a week that we never did get that discount, and over the last month and a half have called multiple times to speak to the manager who is never there, and refuses to call me back. Every time I call the front desk lady tells me something different that he has said or that he lost my number etc. FINALLY today after calling hotels and demanding a refund he calls me back and tells me this is his first time hearing about this. Wow. So after all my trouble with this shady manager he lies to my face and then offers me $26 whole dollars back for my inconvenience. Thanks I guess. I mean you ruined my family trip, dodged my calls for over a month, and lied to my face about it. But I guess it will make up for it while I treat my family to McDonalds tonight with your...

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place!! We are evacuees from Estes Park we received our Mandatory Evacuation orders and after hours of searching we found the Super 8 by Wyndham here in Greeley. They have been beyond helpful; Katherine, at the front desk is amazing! They hit the jackpot when they hired her! She is friendly, professional, courteous, understanding and just all around an amazing person! She has helped us in many ways, worked with us, continued to extend our reservations for days now (we haven't even had to switch rooms!) And much more. I cannot say enough good things about Katherine or Super 8! This is something we never thought would happen to us and the ease of things since we got to the hotel has helped us tremendously. I truly hope you know that you are very lucky to have Katherine on your team as well as everyone else! The whole staff from front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping; they are all smiles, and always have a friendly "hello!" for you. I have been in hospitality, in Estes, for 15 years and I can tell you this place has their bases covered, and have met and exceeded all expectations that us "Hoteliers" have. I would highly recommend this hotel wether you be on vacation, visiting family, or like us, here because of an emergency. THIS IS THE PLACE TO...
