The place is very clean it doesn't feel oily at all and staffs are very friendly. They have very nice selection of localized chicken dishes with Korean flavor. I think their chicken is improving everyday in terms of the texture(Crispy outside, tender inside which means the chicken is very fresh) as well as the sauce taste and variety. (Spicy Gangnam style is quite spicy so recommend mild for first time try or ask for half-half). My kids love their fries. Just regular fries that's less than 3 dollars and huge. It's heavenly.
They have also very good customer service that I've ordered 15 pieces of wings then asked another 15 pieces and got only 10 and when complained, they immediately gave me more with some service fries. I found later on that the order was wrong and I only paid for 10 pieces. They were still happy for the make up. Very nice attitude.
I wish if they put the nice pictures of all the menu, it would be better . First time, when my friend didn't mention about this place, I didn't know what chicken dish they were selling so didn't go. With some guiding pictures of the menu to be seen from the outside as well as inside next to the menu, it would be much better. It's very spacious restaurant, wish they had some pots of leafy plants that divide the area and give some...
Read moreBy this point I have likely consumed the entire menu, of 10q, tenfold. I have no shake admitting I'm likely to continue to do so, as well. While I had enjoyed dining here before the pandemic, I found it to be my preferred establishment to frequent over the recent 6 months.
The leadership and staff are all proactive and thoughtful in their precautions to protect patrons (and each other). Additionally, the food is prepared so quickly that you never feel as though you are being exposed to the public for too long of an amount of time. Which is incredibly impressive, given the freshness of the ingredients.
Anyone who has seen me stomping around Evanston for the last decade, knows that eating is something I take seriously and do far too much of. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that 10Q has not only the best wings in town, but also some of the best food in general. All served by a staff that will learn your name and make you feel like a small celebrity everytime you visit.
While the rest of evanston seems to be hemorrhaging decent restaurants, and the quality of the food in the city is depressingly marching toward despair, 10Q has absolutely stepped up to become the de facto leader of casual dining...
Read moreSo far, for me, this is the best Korean restaurant in Evanston. I have already gone to this restaurant a few times, and each time I would visit and grab some food, I could not help myself but to be amazed by their food with its wonderful and tasty flavors, and I bet many would agree with that. I remember going to this spot for the first time and ordering their "fire bowl," which is basically a bowl of rice with marinated chicken and a fresh salad. I loved the fire bowl, especially the chicken. It was full of flavor, plus the fresh salad with a tasty sauce was there too. That is why I came back, and until now I have made an appointment to visit the restaurant each time I go here in Evanston for an errand or something. Their bowls are not the only food that I liked, because I also liked their wings and many of the other foods that they offer. Aside from that, another great thing about them is that they have wonderful customer service. People are nice and friendly. The service is quick, and most importantly, the prices are reasonable and somehow cheap for me, since the food is really amazing. I highly...
