Dunkin' — Restaurant in Evanston Township

Worst Dunkin donuts EVER! I should've known better because it's in a gas station. But I was in the area and wanted my chicken pepper wrap. There's a language barrier first off. If an employee can't thoroughly explain to you in English a question you ask about an item on the menu that's a problem. There's a drink I was unsure about and she couldn't communicate to me how it's made. I should've turned around then. Ordered it anyway. Lemonade is not a drink that comes out of a carton. While waiting on my order more people came in behind me. 2 people received a chicken pepper wrap after ordering after me. While I received my drink that I asked for with light ice, the cup was filled with ice and it tasted HORRIBLE!!! I'm still waiting on my wrap. Syrup from a carton isn't lemonade. I asked if I could exchange the drink. They wouldn't exchange it. I'm polite the entire time, the professionalism is non existent. They talk to you with an attitude because you can't understand what they're saying. The place can use some cleaning and the bathroom was NASTY. If you can help it do not go to this Dunkin donuts. Corporate or the HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to be informed about the CLEANLINESS of the restaurant and the unprofessionalism of the staff. This...

.. I have been stopping there for quite a while these past 3 yrs, but after today.. I have to say I was disappointed. It is Not the first time I have seen this in a Dunkin’ Donut shop, which I had stopped for a few years ago and decided to leave because of this similar situation .This lady @ 2494 Oakton st., Evanston IL 60202 DD/Shell stop has always provided good service and she still did, but after I’ve seen her put on her black gym shoe quick, I am assuming if she wasn’t picking her feet, she was massaging it. She did wash her hands afterwards, but just the idea of seeing her do that, and the image of many years ago(like 7yrs) and seing a lady picking on her feet at another DD It is disgusting. This dunkin went downhill so fast. It used to be my favorite place to stop by before work but lately, the service has been so slow and my order has had something wrong every time now. Also, the speaker box is at an incredibly low volume for where the store is located too. Not sure if that's why my order is wrong but it's incredibly frustrating that it hasn't been fixed. First, they gave me a watered down iced coffee instead of a cold brew with cold foam. Second, my entire coffee smelled like perfume that I had to throw it away.
