Not actually 24hrs because Teresa says so. This terrible manager thinks she can decide when to accept credit cards and restricts customers to only cash anytime between 1:45am and 4:45am because it’s more convenient for her. If you push her on the fact that they’re a franchise and they can’t do this, she will tell you it will take twenty minutes to be able to process cards. When you tell her this is fine and you will wait, she huffs and puffs but can’t blow it down. The best part is when another car pulls up behind you and you refuse to move into a wait spot. Your card will magically be processed immediately.
However; tonight, I was told it was only breakfast at 4:15am. Fine, ordered breakfast and was told it’s only cash. NOPE IT IS NOT YOU ABSOLUTE CRONE. I told her that corporate instructed me to request any payment as required in their franchise terms. She said, no, it will be at least twenty minutes for a card. After telling her it was absolutely ridiculous that they continue to do this in late night I asked, “is this Teresa? I remember you and I’ve talked to corporate about your activities before”. I was then promptly told that the restaurant was closed and now I couldn’t order anything. ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS. honestly, what a pitiful flipping circus of a location. It makes me so upset that they constantly do this to late night/early customers so I make a point of attempting orders and contacting corporate about violations of contract. Read moreI am very disappointed. They give you the wrong order. The ones working through the drive through are extremely rude. Then when I get my order it's not correct, but because I had to get to work. I had to take my order with a missing sausage McGriddle and a sausage burrito. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddle's and a sausage burrito with a Carmel Frappe and Micha Frappe. So I am out 5 dollars and something cents. I am so disappointed. I have had previous problems with my orders at this location. I should take that as a sign to never return. If you are fine with giving money away and not getting what you paid for and it taking 7+ minutes and still they messed up my order. Wonder if the person who I got their order received the same order or did they make it fresh. Because I opened it in front of them and watched them put the bag at the side of the window. President Trump recently visited a McDonald's in Pennsylvania and worked the French Fries cooking station and presented orders in the drive thru. The staff interaction was genuine and President Trump had a tremendous time with the staff and guests. The event highlighted the great training management support and excellent working environment at McDonald's.
