HORRIBLE FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️ FOOD (Chicken & Fries)- UNDERCOOKED (chicken), OVERCOOKED (fries), BOTH DRENCHED IN GREASE‼️ I specifically ordered well done chicken. The order was recited to me in the exact way I requested. When the order was picked up, the order was recited again when the employee was asked if the chicken was well done, cooked twice. I called to rectify the issues with the order and was hung up on, then no answer. I kept calling back to back... even well past the restaurant closure time and still no answer. The old management/ owners would never give this type of customer service, nor would they produce food that's not edible. So, this is what happens when you buy local, huh. I've been going to this wingstop for 8 years now... it was the best! Unfortunately they have new owners and it's been horrible ever since! The first time we ate here with new owners the food was nothing special.. food was not the same... so thinking I was just holding on to the how much I loved the old owner we gave it another chance... well it was one of the worst experiences I've had! The food was literally cold! The fries were still frozen!!! And the chicken was supposed to be bbq but there was hardly any sauce on it and the other half was hot but was far from hot! Terrible experience, I order often and Martin the GM was giving me a real hard time over the phone. I waited over 20 minutes with my order taken down already just trying to get my order placed and over with and he kept insisting trying to tell me I need to pay with a debit card and ID. Since when do you have to show your ID to pay with your card? This is not a club, this is a take out restaurant. He also mentioned if I did not want to bring my ID with my debit card that I can order from a different wingstop. This is wing stop for crying out loud. Happy holidays to me and my family.
