Arby's — Restaurant in Evansville

Arby's really a used to be the place to go for great food. Arby's still has good food but, it is nowhere near as good as it was 10 years ago. The quality of food has definitely declined. They do still offer quite a bit. But the food that you see on commercials and in promotions very rarely ever looks the same. Their roast beef, which they are known for, is still pretty decent but, oftentimes the buns for those roast beef sandwiches or other sandwiches aren't the freshest. Their chicken sandwiches could definitely be better; oftentimes they taste like cardboard. I remember the good old days, when a chicken bacon & swiss sandwich was the bomb! Well, not anymore! Their new Meats sandwiches are kind of hit & miss; sometimes decent and sometimes Not so decent. Although I don't eat them, I would assume they're Market Fresh sandwiches are pretty good. Like the Chicken Salad sandwich. Their curly fries are usually bland and overcooked. It really sucks that they don't have their regular fries anymore. They were always good. They were among the best french fries in fast food, in my opinion. Their milkshakes are pretty good. Right now, they have an Orange Cream shake that is fantastic.

Store refused to honor the 5 for $5 national promotion because they were "almost" out of roast beef. I spent 20 minutes trying to get the app to work. It just kept kicking me out back to Google Play. Then I went into the store, and no one helped me at the counter for more than 5 minutes. If they were "out" of roast beef, that is one thing. Not filling orders on a legitimate promotion is something completely different. I will never return to this store. This clearly constitutes fraud. The food i didn't get did not taste good, and i was attempting to dine in. The app developers need to add something to accommodate issues at individual stores, not just have the app fail. I eat Arbys on a fairly regular basis, but...

I went thru the drive thru. I got the numder 11 larg mear. They made me wait for my food. When I got my food it was not fresh I don't even know why they made me wait for my food. The fries was not even hot. In the meat on a sandwich was very old. They did not use the right lettuce I asked for extra vegetables I got four tomatoes and that's all I got for my extra vegetables are they charged me for lettuce and they didn't even put extra lettuce on there they're going to charge me $0.50 for the lettuce yeah it's horrible food.
