Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Evansville

We got old and overcooked pretzels here and we were overcharged. Charged for the nuggets instead of pretzel. Caught the error and they claimed they corrected it and refunded us and charged us again the correct amount. Well the refund for the first transaction never came up on my credit card. I reached out to them and Jennifer Dallaire responded to me. Assuming she's a manager. She claimed she would call me to refund me March 27th but never did. I reached out to remind her but she never responded. It's now April 21st. So, I take it she never had any plan to refund me even though she knows we were charged twice. I think it's really bad business to overcharge your customers, lie to them, and ignore them when you owe them money. Posting a photo of the last email Jennifer sent for proof. PS. Nobody wants those pretzel nuggets cause they've been sitting...

I keep forgetting to give them a 5 star review. I recently visited here before and met a blonde hair guy with his ears pierced. He rung me up at the register and also helped me with my order. He was genuinely nice and had the best positive attitude I've ever seen. He's had a big welcoming smile on his face and made sure my order was right and if it wasn't he made sure it was right . I just thought I should had recognized him and I definitely will be back to tell his boss how amazing he was!!...

I was recently visiting the mall with my grandmother. We will never visit this specific Auntie Anne’s ever again!!!! not because of the food. Not because of the food, but because of one of the employees. I made sure to get a good look at her name tag.
