Absolutely Unacceptable – Take Your Business Elsewhere

If I could give zero stars, I would. Entwined claims to be an “upscale” establishment, yet they can’t even stick to their posted hours—how professional is that?

My husband and I walked in around 8:30-9:00 PM, well before their advertised 10:00 PM closing time, not once, but twice, only to be rudely turned away both times. The excuse? “There were no customers, so we decided to close early.” Excuse me, are we not customers? We even called earlier at 6:00 PM to make sure everything was in order. We planned our entire evening around this, got ready, traveled, and wasted gas, only to be dismissed by condescending staff who clearly couldn’t care less.

When I pointed out that it was only 8:55 PM, and that their website clearly states they close at 10:00 PM, I was interrupted mid-sentence, brushed off, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This isn’t just bad service—this is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for a place trying to pass itself off as refined and “elevated.”

The food? Average at best. Prices? Unreasonable for what you’re actually getting. The best thing about Entwined is the company you bring with you—and you can enjoy good company anywhere.

Savior for our evening! We tried to go to the Collective but the entrance was confusing and they ended up being closed for a private party but there were no signs anywhere. Kind of left a bad taste in our mouth so we went over to Entwined.

Some street parking and the place was packed. We got lucky and was able to get a seat after waiting about 10 minutes. Michael who was manning the front came over and ended up taking care of us. I ordered the Cherry on Top Chambong which was really good and a fun thing to drink. I also ordered the Jewel which was a wine cocktail and it was also really good, similar to a sangria. My boyfriend ordered the Jim Dandy which was also delicious. We ordered a second drink later on - The Monarch which was also good but very strong.

For food, we ordered the Truffled Mushroom Flatbread, Shrimp Cake Sliders, Brisket Barbacoa Tacos, and Tuna Tartare. The truffle Mushroom Flatbread was the best and packed with flavor. I also loved the shrimp cake Sliders and Tuna tartare. They were delicious and the Sliders had a great crisp on the shrimp cake. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of were the tacos. What an incredible experience my fiancé and I had at Entwined this evening... when you first walk in you immediately get the vibe that this a positive and inviting place. First of all, the space is absolutely gorgeous! They have achieved an intimate setting while still utilizing the space very well. There is a variety of seating with a welcoming bar top, couches and large comfy chairs, and traditional dining tables for groups. The service at this place is top notch. The servers, bartenders, managers, and owners all make a terrific team. They are extremely attentive and ensure that each customer has a wonderful experience. The wine selection is out of this world. I love the addition of the fun and innovative cocktails as well. There is truly something for everyone! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We shared a spinach and artichoke flatbread, roasted root veggie salad, and grilled cheese with delicious mushrooms and truffle oil. Everything was so rich and flavorful.
