Customer Service isn't dead! As soon as I entered I was welcomed by happy employees. There are SO MANY FLAVORS! I had never visited so I wasn't sure what to get or where to start. The employee was beyond helpful and suggested a delicious drink called April Showers. It was a delicious tea that gave me the kick of energy needed to finish my Friday strong. They also have rewards cards. I was glad it wasn't another app I had to download. The rewards are a business card size; after you purchase 10 drinks your 11th drink is free. Okay Lani changes the vibe up every month and I love coming to see what she does with the place. I always get the vegan pb and chocolate smoothie, and of course this is my favorite option for my neurodivergent not wanting food, safe macro nutrient alternative!
