On Sept. 7, 2024, I took the family out to eat, and we decided to do Fazoli's since they had some $4 specials going on. We all like Fazoli's, and we were all happy to go get some pasta and bread sticks. On Sept 7, the manager on duty, and who took our order was Annette. She was super helpful, friendly, lots of smiles, and just excited to help us out and took care of all of us with a smile, in a professional & polite manner. Everyone on the shift that day was smiling, in good spirits, and all employees were in an Excellent Mood, which made us enjoy Fazoli's even more, as the employees have a major impact on any experience. The next day was a total polar opposite, and the entire crew was like Zombies, and the management that day was Leslie. It is like the crew was scared to do anything, as they would be attacked by Leslie. Let me explain. The day before, we always got bread sticks delivered to the table by Jasmine, or Annette. They would ask if we needed anything else, and we would always ask for meat sauce. Sure, they would go get it. WOW, talk about Amazing Service! The next day, we went to eat again, and I always had to go get the bread sticks, and I asked for meat sauce, and one of the employees went to get it, and Leslie stopped him, and told me it is 50 cents. I told her we had never been charged for meat sauce before, so why now all of a sudden? Well, Leslie made me feel as if I had just ran into the real life "Soup Natzi" from that episode of "Seinfied". The atmosphere was a total downer, and nothing like the day before. Needless to say, we have never went back, and probably never will, as management has a way to make, or break a business! Our favorite pizza place in town has the Best, Friendliest people, which is a Huge Reason we go back all the time... So, if Annette is working, then you are in good hands, but if Leslie is working, you just as well chew on an old nasty, stinky sock, as that is about her attitude toward customers, and the employees, and I would say, the entire Fazoli's business & name in general.

Read morePS: putting it up here. A manager or customer service person asked me for my email address and she was going to make this right. I sent my email address as requested. No further response. So I sent another email asking if they were make good on their offer to make things right. Still no further communication from them. I’m lowering my stars and adding this info so ya know. They need to make good on their promises. When we ordered, there was an extra entree ordered in error. He didn’t catch the extra $10 charge. Our number was on the table. The mgr brought the 1st of 3 entrees and took the number. After 10 minutes or so, she brought the other 2, mine and the extra one that was inadvertently paid for. She became irritated. I got the receipt and saw the mistake. So I went up to show what happened. Without turning around, the mgr rudely said: He’s over there eating somebody else’s food! I replied the receipt shows he paid for all three. She said I didn’t have to get smart about it. I mirrored her. She was rude. Then she brought trays to the waste twice, banging them loudly!!! An employee came & apologized for the way her mgr talked to me earlier. I did get a go box for that 3rd meal finally and took it home. But I believe after all this, a complimentary dinner is...
Read moreThis Fazoli's is usually really good. Never had a problem with the food or the service, that is until today. I ordered the 3 Cheese Tortellini nni Alfredo, it came with chunks of grilled chicken, chopped bacon, peas, cherry tomatoes, the 3 cheese tortellini, and alfredo sauce. It was stone cold, took it back up to the counter, the lady manager was rude, but said they would bring me a new one. The 2nd one was just as cold as the first. So back up to the counter I went, this time the gentleman manager waited on me. I asked for my money back and explained what happened. He apologized and gave me my money back. He did not offer a free meal, a slice of cheesecake, or a coupon to use the next time I cane in, nothing. But as I walked off I heard the female manager complaining that I had brought back up, that they had fixed the problem, and that there was nothing wrong with it. The food and customer service left a lot to be desired today. It will be a long time...
