Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Evansville

We’ve been going to Insomnia Cookies for quite sometime since they opened up in Evansville, IN. We had the worst experience today. Just after 4pm, my girlfriend and I ordered four deluxe cookies. When we received them they weren’t the right ones. My girlfriend and I had a conversation with the cashier and she said could give us a refund or print out our receipt for the order. She was rude to us and did not want to help us out at all. Is this normal if a customers order get’s messed up? Can the employees not fix your order or give you a refund? Sad part is she couldn’t even print out the receipt to double check the order. Could the general manager or someone high up please get in contact with me? We placed an online order. My boyfriend walked in there were three people in the regular line and then a separate part with a VERY VISIBLE SIGN that said ONLINE ORDERS PICK UP HERE. Since we placed an online order he stood there. They ignored him. The worker looked at him and he, being nice to everyone he meets like he does everywhere he goes, says how are you today ?
