It took 45 minutes to get my delivery, they are 5 minutes away. Is that freaky fast as they advertise? I think not! Never again! Biggest regret, not being able to take back my online tip! Get your stuff together freaky fast! Update: i did contact the link provided, and was told in an email from corporate that the owner from JJ's Evansville would contact me soon. I was not contacted so i sent corporate yet another email and was told that they apologize and would contact the owner again to have them contact me and make it right. Here over week later still no contact from the owner. Either JJ corporate or the store owner do not give 2 rat tales about thier customers. There are other sub shops in the area that are just as good if not better. Give the other sub shops a chance. Im sure they probably care about thier customers.
Update 2: After 2 weeks i finally received a half heartedly apology. Store owner:
My name is Kyle and I am the Franchise Business Consultant for the Evansville, IN market. I saw your feedback and want to apologize that we let you down with a longer delivery than you had anticipated. I will be sure that there is a plan in place to provide our valued customers a more consistent experience. Thank you very much for your feedback.
Regards,

Read moreWorst location. I travel constantly and eat at a lot of locations. This one twice. The first time at 10:40pm (20 mins before close). They were all clearly trying to get out early, and had dumped the teas already. My sandwich didn't have extra bacon as I asked and paid for. and it literally took the girl 8 mins to make 2 blts. She went around cleaning I assumed someone else was preparing them until she suddenly stopped and decided to start after I'd been in the drive thru, only car, for 4 mins. And didnt even change her gloves! I've worked in food industry and was appalled. Freakishly slow is more accurate than freaky fast.
Decided to try again tonight, drive thru and back to my hotel. Again, only car there and super slow. 830pm When I got back I was disappointed to see that both mine and my husband's sandwiches were literally on rock hard bread. Like cut the roof of your mouth, crispy. Overcooked or old I'm unsure but it was a terrible experience both times for $40 worth of blts. Next time well buy ingredients and bring them to the hotel or find a different sub shop. Not worth the...
Read moreI love Jimmy Johns and have for years, but this location is terrible. I’d say about 9/10 times, I receive the wrong order and/or rude attitudes from the workers. The drive-thru line is always surprisingly and unnecessarily slow. I asked for my turkey to be separated from my sandwich because I am pregnant and it needs to be heated up and they refused. The manager told me they have no way of heating up the meat, and he refused to separate the turkey from the sandwich so I could heat it up myself. Very unaccommodating for basic requests. Today, I ordered a sandwich and got some form of shredded turkey that looks disgusting. It’s not even worth calling and complaining, because the manager won’t work with you either way. It’s best just to not go to...
