Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Evansville

So, I've been a semi-frequent patron of this location for quite some time now and have always had a pleasant experience. Wife and I have become much more frequent "users" lately and visit night shifts more often than day. However, we decided to swing in a week ago or so and encountered Taylor and Ari (sorry if spelling is off). Let me just tell you what a sweet treat this particular visit was! These young ladies were not only smiling, attentive, and working hard, they also managed to exceed my expectations on the "extras". They packaged everything perfectly along with a drink carrier for beverages and just seemed to "get it" in regard to HOSPITALITY! It has sadly become far more rare to have our expectations as consumers met, but to exceed them is so refreshing. What was once the standard is now seen as gold, but these 2 ladies were PLATINUM! On a seperate occassion I encountered Brock and he went out of his way as well to see that my needs were taken care of and that we, as guests, were treated well and sent away happy and prepared to return AND TELL FRIENDS! Those reading this, experience the greatness for yourselves and those in the industry (if needed)....take note and go visit for a master class on service...

Bunch of kids “working.” I would cal it messing around. Not sure who is in charge at that place, but the “hot” sign was on.... and they didn’t have any donuts and “it’ll be about a 10 minute wait.” The 3 people that were “working” were fooling around. I had to repeat my order over the intercom twice, because they were giggling in the background so they couldn’t hear me. Then when I finally got to the window... he asked me what my order was again after he was done playing around with the 2 girls he worked with. And all this while 3 customers stood inside waiting for someone to even acknowledge their presence. No supervision....

So I've been coming to this Krispy Kreme for about 2 years. Every single time I've been here has been absolutely amazing. Brian is the manager and when I say he's the nicest person. HE'S THE NICEST PERSON!!! I had never had a hot doughnut and he gave me one. Changed my life. Then I brought my brother and niece to come get one today for the first time. Brian was working and yet again he was amazing. The nicest sweetest person. All of them were truly!! I highly recommend this Krispy Kreme. Clean. Great tasting doughnuts!! Great people!!
