Rally's — Restaurant in Evansville

Man, I used to really love Rally's. I also used to drink a lot. Hmmmmm.... I'm sensing a connection... Or a disconnection from my senses. I ate here a couple weeks ago ONLY bc I was starving and it was next door to my destination. Took forever to get my extremely small order. My fries were so cold and stale, I took a couple bites and just threw them away. The burger is so unbelievably terrible compared to just 5 years ago. I will truly never eat at Rally's again. It was sincerely shocking how bad it was. Yuck.

Shortly after posting this, I read the other reviews. Omg. How is this place still open? I mean, who exactly is the clientele that returns enough to keep this place from going out of business? Sure, there are plenty of "concerned" owner/mgmt responses, but look at the dates on the reviews... This has been going on for YEARS. Clearly, the owner's concerns don't translate into any real change. Just awful all around. I feel like criminal charges...

This is the generic McDonald's! The food is low quality and poorly prepared at best. The store is in absolutely terrible condition. The roof leaks on and it rains directly on the grill, friers, and fry dump area. Instead of fixing the leaky vents on the roof, district manager makes them put up new ceiling tiles in those areas every time it rains they gotta watch out for falling ceiling tile pieces. They took the milk out of the milkshakes and ice cream. It's now vegan! The crew at this location are grosly overworked and underpaid. The shift management is sub-par, and upper management does not care for there employees or their well being. The walk in and freezer shelves have rust, dried on food and no telling how many food Bourne illnesses on them. Corporate says they only need 2 employees in the store to run it. And will fire u for calling in sick! Zero out of 5 stars. That's like the sweat shop of the fast food restaurants. Ok...

I haven’t even received my food yet and am already disgusted. While paying I noticed one of the employees at the fryer bent down picking something off the floor and then my view was obstructed my the employee taking my payment.. a few moment later, the dude at the fryer was throwing food into the fry basket. My son, from the back seat said loudly, “Oh I know he didn’t just drop that on the floor and then put in there to cook.” I asked the person taking my money about it and he stuttered around my question and said he dropped those fries earlier and was just getting around to picking them up… THEY WERE COOKING THEM… I almost want to cry. It is almost midnight and we have been traveling all day. We are not from the area and I am disgusted.. I missed Ralley’s so much and was excited for my kids to experience it but my whole order will be going straight into the trash. You all should...
