Starbucks — Restaurant in Evansville

I cannot express enough how underwhelming this starbucks is. Its the worst one in Evansville which is frustrating because its the closest to our house. We drive to target and go inside, or typically just use the Barnes and Nobles one as we're there weekly anyhow. Highly recommend that one.

For whatever reason, every time we get any drink from here, its not only the worst version of a drink that we've had, but the staff is immediately hostile for reasons we dont understand. Whether its cold or hot, coffee or juice-based, its always really disappointing.

I know we all have bad or rough days, Im a childrens therapist, I absolutely get it. But being rude to me because I order a discontinued item is unreasonable, especially when I picked it on the menu I was looking at. I wasnt sure if I was just being sensitive so I didnt say anything until my wife said, "Why are they being so rude to you?" which thankfully made me feel pretty validated.

This Starbucks used to be the best in town. Anymore, we find ourselves going back to get our drinks corrected. I realize they have all new staff in the last year, but the drinks are constantly wrong or missing something everytime almost. Last week I ordered a Starbucks blonde double shot on ice with light ice. I know they fill it with milk more when it's light ice, I get this drink almost all the time and they hand me a cup that looks like iced milk. I say that looks awful milky is there 3 shots in it? And their response was yes the blonde espresso is lighter color. 😂 Needless to say I tasted it and it was milk...

I've frequented this Starbucks for a while and I love its convenience since I live in North Park area. However, the drive through situation here doesn't work the best and since they started training new employees here for other locations it has been hectic, slow and my order has been wrong numerous times. Granted, they are willing to redo it if it is wrong, but sometimes I don't bother since the line is so long behind me. Depending on when you go you're likely to get faster, better service. Definitely love going here and the people working but the drive-through and the efficiency of the ordering should...
