Tonight at 5:45pm Nov. 27th 2024 I made an order at the North Broadway location. The guy that took my order was very polite and professional but that’s not the problem. I was told estimated delivery time was “40 minutes max”. I called the store at 6:45, 20 minutes later than my estimated delivery time. I asked the guy on the phone what the status on my order since it should’ve been here roughly 20 minutes ago according to the gentleman that took my order. He looked and said “it’s still gunna be another 45 minutes to an hour we’re slammed.” I asked if there was a reason why I was told 40 minutes if it’s going to be almost 2 hours. He said “uhh I dunno why you were told that but it’s gunna be about an hour from now like I said.” … If they told me upfront I would’ve been more understanding but he didn’t care one bit and offered no solution or courtesy. He said “well do you still want it or no I don’t know what else to tell you.” Unbelievable. I was polite and respectful the whole time for the record. I love Domino’s pizza for the record, but customer service was terrible. UPDATE just received my order, 2 hours after order, and my order was missing one of the two pizzas and the bread bites...
Read moreUpdate Eventually they gave me a refund. Was a bit of a process but at least they made it right in the end.
Just...wow....not only did I receive my pizza order destroyed but I call to let them know... they proceed to tell me that it's because my pizza must have been on the bottom of 8 delivery orders he just sent his 1 available delivery driver to deliver. 😡 They made me a new one and I went out of my way to pick it up to not burden the delivery driver. Once my bank statement comes back I see they have charged me for the extra pizza they made to replace mine putting my account in negative over their mistake. This is a new location and already it's super disappointing. I'm not sure who I have to talk to about this but this is not something I will stand for. I'm not one to complain let alone write a review unless it's warranted. I did not deserve to pay for their mistake. I did not ask for my delivery tip back. I did not make a huge deal out of their mistake I just wanted the pizza I paid for. I will be filling...
Read moreThis is my go to location due to convenience. I've only ever had one problem and that's when one of their two ovens broke but of course that's no one's fault. Easy refund on that order so no big deal.
The pizza from here are always fully cooked and properly made. A big plus for vegetarians is that I've never found stray meat toppings on any veggie pizzas and we order them frequently.
I give the service 3 stars only because the alert that some one is in drive through is broken. It's been broken for a very long time. There is a note that says call the store to let them know you are here however after sitting through the automated phone lady that takes forever usually some ones sees you there before they even know you are trying to call. Service is actually great from the employees. Too bad the owner won't fix that could have been...
