El Pollo Rico — Restaurant in Everett

This review is for the kind of people there as the food can be very tasty, but what a bad service. My son, a 9-year-old boy He had an emergency to urinate then he went in to use the bathroom and a lady at the bathroom door scolded him and did not let him in, I imagine it was because we did not do any shopping, and they took him out, my son peed himself and left crying because they embarrassed him.

My question is when did we stop being empathetic? is a child. Obviously it is a need of the human being, I know that everyone does what they want with their property, but what a lack of empathy and kindness with a child, I never go there to eat again. terrible service and as human beings they are the worst I think that is the reason why the world does...

Came here with my wife to have lunch after passing by this restaurant daily. I’m so glad we did because the bbq chicken was great! My wife got the mole plate and I got the half chicken plate with chiles toreados and grilled onions on the side. The chicken was flavorful and it came with some good rice and beans. The place was busy when we came in but was clearing out while we were waiting for our food. The staff was very kind and helpful. They take credit cards but tip is left in cash. So if you’re planning on eating in the restaurant, make sure to bring cash to tip the staff. We’ll definitely will be back to try out the rest...

This will sound odd for a great review. This place is where I go when I can't make up my mind where I want to go eat. Its good food, not fancy and reasonably priced. Nearly always have the taco combo with chicken tacos. The house sauces are great and the red is a bit hotter than the green sauce, if you ask me, but the green is my favorite. It's the consistently good food and service that keeps this place in my lunchtime rotation year after year. Again this is not a fancy place and consistently meets expectations. Try the chicken.
