Worst experience ever with online ordering for pick-up at this location. I got there 40 minutes early, I clicked on the "I'm here" button in the app to let the restaurant know I was there. Well, they said that they could not fill the order as it did not print out on their end even though on my phone the app says "Early? Don't worry, we are working on the order". I asked if they could enter the order number and manually print out the order but they said they couldn't. What use is the app if the location cannot override the time of the order to fill it right away? I'm not sure if it is at this location only, but if it is a systemic problem with the app and the process of ordering and inability to change the pickup time after ordering, they'll have many frustrated and angry customers. The app is absolutely useless. I can't believe that there isn't a way of getting the order printed at the location when they know the order # for early arrivals. They said I had to wait until the pickup time before it prints out. The staff was unapologetic/unhelpful and just ignored me the few times I asked to see if it printed the order yet. At least at some other locations, they were courteous enough to offer a free small drink while waiting, but not at this site. Will never order again at this site.
In addition, when I got the order home, the broccoli beef had only 2 remnants of 1/2 pieces of beef. It looked just like the broccoli vege entree without the beef and the only reason it wasn't was those beef remnants. Where's the...
Read morePanda Express is consistent with their food so my rating is entirely for the THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. Wow…what a team! I was personally assisted by Vivan(?) and I apologize I forget the spelling of her name. I was clueless about what to order for a party of 7. Vivan walked me through every item, explained my options, displayed exceptional patience with my thought process and questions, and encouraged me to think about flavor variety. Because of her and the staff that supported this big order, I ended up adding some sides. Everyone was so busy but still took time to smile and have great energy. I was very impressed that the staff was bilingual and enjoyed how efficient their kitchen management was led. I regret I did not get the name of the kind associate who took my payment, she was really trying to help out everyone with the orders (it was just at that time) but still took time to ensure I had sauce, cutlery, etc. At the end they then asked if I could benefit from plates—I don’t know what I would have done if I had not picked up those plates! Saved our team lunch. Read moreHello, I visited Panda Express at 8417 Evergreen Wy UNIT 120, Everett, WA 98208 around 7 PM. I’m a big fan of Panda Express, especially the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef, and I often visit different locations to enjoy their food.
The food at this location (Kung Pao Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Beijing Beef) was decent, but the staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing.
I needed to wash my hands, so I asked for the restroom code. The employee who took my order, "JING," kindly provided the code, but due to the surrounding noise, I couldn’t hear it clearly. To confirm the correct code, I showed the numbers I understood on my phone to another employee, "KIM." However, instead of assisting me, "KIM" suddenly shouted in frustration and responded in a very rude manner.
It is completely unacceptable for an employee to raise their voice and show irritation when a customer is simply trying to confirm information. I have visited many Panda Express locations, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered.
The food was fine, but the staff’s attitude ruined the overall experience. I strongly urge this location to improve its customer service, especially when handling simple requests with patience and professionalism. If this issue is not addressed, I see no reason to return to...
