Iâm extremely upset and disappointed in the service. I am dairy free for my son and I am very careful about eating or drinking out and explain the situation and only trust certain places and I used to go to this stand regularly and never had an issue. Today we ordered several drinks and I explained my situation to the barista and confirmed my drink was dairy free as she handed it to me and she was very nice and said yea she understands as her sister is vegan. We leave and my friends drink doesnât taste like a breve more like an americano and then I try mine and it doesnât taste like coconut milk and I open it up and itâs very very pale and very foamy which coconut milk does not do. Somehow she gave me the breve latte and my friend coconut milk. She has them labeled and all. I am not sure if she just mixed up the lids or was distracted because her co worker was chatting her up versus her talking to us. Their coffee is great and their menu selection is out of this world, but their customer service is severely lacking. I made a complaint on Face Book messenger to the stand about two issues I had, and since then I have gotten nothing but the cold shoulder from them. They never responded to my Face Book message, even though I know they read it, and now when I go in they treat me like a second class citizen. They lost my first punch card, and since then I have asked for a new one, TWICE. Only to be left hanging at the window being ignored. Barista was already finished closing everything down and didn't have the courtesy to open the window to say she was shut down but instead gave me the quizzical "I don't hnow what you're saying, sorry i can't hear you routine" . I am very sympathetic to their closing routines particularly having to clean the machine the grinds the coffee beans into shots, but my drink involves opening a couple of sealed drink products into a ice and syrup, requiring minimal cleaning and time, i then look around the stand to find no hours of operation are posted, which i tried pointing out to the barista, only to get another round head and shoulder strings.
