The true gem of this place is the crew, who are more than willing to build strong relationships with their clients and are extremely devoted to the quality and presentation of the beverages that they make. Edit: I attempted to make eye contact with the barrista after the gentleman before us paid. She didn't look at me or ask if we were ready. The vibe was off so we walked out. Her have a nice day was met with the response from me that the day would have been better had she served us. She ARGUED with me as opposed to apologizing. Train them better, maybe. What a disappointment! Went in for a coffee with a friend and was ignored by the barrista. She served people who came in after us and did not address us at all. I said this is weird, let's go, and as we walked out the door she said have a nice day. I made a scene about her poor service. I...

The two girls working were really rude. Gave me a hot drink instead of iced. It didn't bother me much, but after receiving my drink, I set my coffee on a "table" ( that was really a stool with a hole and a cloth over it) and my drink tipped on the divot and spilt everywhere. I was ignored at first (until another customer said something) about the problem and then told that they would get to it later. I cleaned most of it up myself and was not offered a replacement coffee, even though it was their table. I wish I hadn't left a tip. I spent $16.00 total and left without a sip of coffee. Worst customer service...
