The management is horrible! My mother in law called to reserved a room for our family dinner like we’ve always done before, and was told that it had to be Monday through Thursday. So we reserved the room for Tuesday night and tried to shift our schedules around to make it work- which was pretty difficult.
We arrived and discovered that they had not only NOT reserved the room for our dinner party (despite telling us on the phone they would) but the manager was incredibly rude to my mother in law, and told her “that’s not your room!” She had tears in her eyes and said “but I reserved with you guys, I even talked with the owner.” And the manage was very snarky and said “oh well, I know nothing about that!”
So our family had to be spread out instead of getting to eat close together, despite the room we reserved being EMPTY the entire time we were there.
The owner was supposed to call my mother in law the next day, and never did, so my MIL had to call her, and after several tries over a period of time she finally answered her phone, and was short and unapologetic.
My MIL spent hundreds of dollars there that night, and regularly has for years now. Our whole family was shocked by the way we were treated, both by the manager and the owner.
I had previously liked the food here, but they obviously don’t care about their customers or know what customer service is and their rudeness has cost them my business in the future as well as my family’s business.
I never leave bad reviews, but I just can’t get over how rude they were to my family, especially to my mother in law- who is always so nice...
Read moreMy boss ordered me and my team lunch from this place and we had a terrible experience. My food showed up incorrect. I ordered chicken Alfredo and what showed up was a random pizza. I called the restaurant and they refused to help and the lady was just straight up rude. I had to tell her 3 different times that I was not the one who ordered this, my boss did. Therefore the only thing I can provide is the name the order was under and what was supposed to be in it. She just told me that it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault so they wouldn’t fix it and to call Uber. How am I supposed to call Uber about an order I didn’t even place? Even if my boss was the one who misordered (she wasn’t, she rechecked the order and it was correct on her end) it wouldn’t break the restaurant to replace one out of the 3 entrees + an appetizer that our group ordered as a show of goodwill. I’d have even picked it up. After the frustrating call with the restaurant I called my boss who provided the card information so I could reorder over the phone. I called the restaurant back and got the same rude lady. She told me they wouldn’t take a phone order. That seems very dubious to me. I think she just wanted to be difficult at that point. Finally my coworker just reordered the food for me and when it got here it really wasn’t even very good. The pasta wasn’t really even seasoned very well and isn’t something I’d buy again. I doubt me and my coworkers will be ordering from this...
Read moreOur last experience was our sons birthday as this has often been one of the traditional family birthday places we chose to go. Really miss the old owners and management. Not only have their prices gone up (which I understand to a degree) but we always get large salads for all of us to share and the portion of salad with the increased price was obviously smaller by at least a third. We also get pizzas (one of which was incorrect, we just dealt with it). We always pre-arrange our arrival so they know we are coming. Getting any kind of service we had to go up and ask for everything. Such as plates. Before they automatically brought salad plates, then fresh pizza plates, and would even bring fresh plates for the cake we bring, now they don't, . Spending OVER $320 dollars (including mandatory tip which is understandable for a large group), we would expect EXCELLENCE. You should not have a mandatory tip if we wound up doing half of your job for you. Please stop thinking that people are stupid and cutting corners on portions will help your profit margins. We used to come back again and again because the food and service was good regardless of price. There used to be integrity. We have decided collectively not to return as there are other places similar and their pizza is even better. Maybe we will try again in 6 months to see if there have been any improvements, after that I say forget it because at that point they don't care about...
