Called to see if they did RC car service, and had to repeat my question, so I did slowly. The response was I was mocked with a very slow answer. When I arrived and showed the owner my car's situation, he was knowledgeable with an attitude. I believe he then knew it was me who called. I went out to my truck to get my phone which had information about what part was needed to help speed up the transaction and he decided to take apart the back main gear plate, he walked away to help someone else and handed me off to another employee who identified the part in his phone. He then just stopped said his work shift was over, went outside, came back in with a sandwhich. I then was switched to employee number 3 who put my car back togather at my request. I was left for a total of 30 mins. unattended to. This was the worst service with negitive attitude I've been apart of for a long long time. Avoid...

The family style environment made me feel welcomed unlike the other chain hobby store where all they want is a sale. Best place to go for anything radio controlled! Planes, trains, crawlers, fast (or really really fast cars and trucks, 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, electric, nitro, parts, and knowledge! Ask for "ox" he's got more knowledge than Google. He's got more skill than the engineers that design the machines themselves! They have a 2 story crawler course for 1/10th! And a 1 /24th course!
