THE BEST BBQ I’VE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN 🎤. If you’re looking for world-class BBQ in the Pacific Northwest, Lew’s BBQ in Everett is the spot. I’ve had barbecue from all over the U.S., but nothing has come close to what Lew’s serves up. Every bite was packed with deep, smoky flavor, perfectly balanced seasoning, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The brisket? Unbelievable—juicy, with that perfect bark and just the right amount of smoke. The ribs fell right off the bone, and the pulled pork was so flavorful it didn’t even need sauce (though his house-made sauce is incredible). Even the sides were top-notch—mac and cheese that’s rich and smoky with a little crunch, the best collard greens I’ve ever had with pot liquor that I wish I could’ve drank on the side and cornbread that tastes like it came straight out of the South. Oh, and the sweet tea, it’s the best sweet tea you’ll ever have… bar none. Beyond the food, the people at Lew’s make the experience even better. Lew and his wife are an amazing, sweet, and kind hearted couple. The service is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into everything they do. This is the kind of BBQ that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. If you’re anywhere near Everett, do yourself a favor and get to Lew’s BBQ. It’s not just good—it’s life-changing BBQ, and you’re going to be planning your...

I had driven past this spot way too many times with intentions of stopping by. A few days ago, I had time to stop in. You can smell the smoke pit from the road, which let's you know it's going to be good. When I came in, I let Lew know I was a first timer and he helped me figure out what I wanted. Ended up getting the brisket sandwich, collard greens, and Mac n cheese. Boooooy! I should have taken a picture but it looked too good to waste time doing that. The brisket was super juicy and flavorful. BBQ sauce was perfect. Smoke flavor was just the right amount. Collard greens were absolutely on point. The Mac n Cheese... that was nothing less than divine. I cannot stress enough how good the Mac was. The best part was that all of this food reheated well the next day for leftovers. You know brisket is great when its STILL not dry the next day microwaved. Lew was very nice and who I believe was his wife was very pleasant too. The restaurant is covered in stuff to keep your eyes busy. This is a local business that keeps involved in the community. We need to keep places like this alive. Stop by. Spend money. Eat well and spread the word to your friends. You...

Update- so we’ve patronage this establishment several times and loved it- however today when we had it delivered ( another snow day ironically) however today’s food was polar opposite of what we have always experienced. The ribs were old tasting my daughter said, the Mac, well it wasn’t Mac, it was shells w no cheese n hard edges. Cornbread would simply crumble when trying to bite into it. The brisket wasn’t even tender at all. So since it was SOOOO different than all the other times I wanted to call. BIG MISTAKE- I explained I don’t want anything only wanted to give feedback and was met w a rude, defensive, man who told me ya ya okkkkk no no my Mac is good ok it’s good n my cornbread is real so it’s good”. I wish businesses would listen when good customers try to give honest feedback w no strings attached. No ulterior motive. Oh well. Sadly we won’t order again now.

OLD REVIEW: I had this delivered on a snow day, n I had the beef brisket n it’s AMAZING! So often BBQ just doesn’t cut it, but this place nailed it...

Mean Lew’s BBQ – A New Favorite! Who doesn’t love a good food truck? You know you’ve picked the right spot when there’s a line of people eagerly waiting for their lunch—and that was exactly the scene at Mean Lew’s BBQ. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with mac & cheese and coleslaw, and my husband went for the tri-tip sandwich loaded with grilled onions, mushrooms, horseradish slaw, and melted pepper jack cheese. The food absolutely lived up to the hype. The pulled pork had that perfect crispy edge and rich, smoky flavor. The slaw added a refreshing crunch and balance. And the tri-tip? Cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. This spot is definitely a new favorite for us. Can’t wait to go back!

When I pop up to Everett I love getting my Brooklyn Bros. Pizza. Drove past Lew's BBQ and thought, hey- let's try something new and local! Worst BBQ I've had. I used a delivery app for pick up. I cannot believe the "$20 lunch special" was the meat and a roll. I paid $3.50 extra for mac and cheese, and it's grey looking and and clearly not made fresh. It doesn't even appear to have been made yesterday. I actually tried a bite and there's zero cheese sauce here, the seasoning is odd too. They should have just said they were out of the mac, instead of serving this. The roll tastes store bought (thank goodness). I'm sorry. I don't typically post bad reviews but this is pathetic. I shoulda just gotten my slice of pizza.
