First off, I believe that people are far too harsh over miniscule problems.
Food-
The pizza is not the best, but it is absolutely good. When people complain about "bland" food, usually the cooks are making it universal. For example, some people prefer less seasonings, and some more. Some people really like it more "bland". I believe heavily in some forms of food "doctoring", and I really see Papa Murhpy's as the perfect example. It is take and bake, not cooked, able to be altered. Depending on how far you want to go, you could drastically change it. I doctor food on a regular, and it makes many things much better.
Service-
The staff have always been polite and helpful, suggesting deals that you actually want. I see constant cleanliness procedures being imparted. For example, gloves, cleaning surfaces, changing out ingredients, et cetera. I see complaints about music choice, another trivial issue in my eyes. Most people show up with a vehicle, if you do not enjoy their music, go listen to your own in your warm vehicle. These people work and deal with lots of jerks and weirdos all day. I say let them listen. Also, complaining about a slight human error is an arrrogant act to say the least, I.e. them being out of an ingredient and failing to mention it.

Read morewas currently working at the sliver lake location, got hired on as the manager for this store location the area manager of this store Roxy is very unprofessional and sketchy , during my time of employment there where many times she would come in and leave randomly or i found her multipole times using MJ in the back parking lot smoking in her car cutting peoples hours , or sending others home ,
or just continuing to be late to work as the area manager i feel like she should be the one to set standards for the entire group of employees at this location
Judieth the other area manager from my experience is just is disrespectful I brought all of these concerns up to Judieth and nothing was done
a week later I transferred to a different store location hoping things would turn out a lot better but over all nothing has changed
just be mindful when trying to work for these people i got let go without waning without documentation or anything in that manner this entire company has somethings to learn and correct

My husband went to pick it up and was told they didn't receive the order. He called me and said that he needed a screenshot of the order, so I sent it to him. A young male employee wrote it down and still made the wrong pizza! My husband decided not to ask for it to be made right, unfortunately! So, I called and said that it was not what I ordered. (My daughter would not eat it.) The woman who answered the phone asked if I was sure?! I said yes! She told me to bring it back. I did and the young female employee was rude in every way.
