Went there for my 3rd time. Walked in, no greeting, all the workers stood around clueless. I stood for like a minute in front of where the ice cream is where a worker was scooping ice cream, she gave only a slight smile no “can I get you any thing?” or nothing. I walked over to the register and said is “anyone serving like….” The two girls seem like they didn’t want to serve me, they took my order and then told me it’s a charge for toppings. The last two times I’ve came here. I’ve only ever paid for an extra third topping. I have been told it comes with a drizzle and one topping. I have never gotten anything else but hard ice cream because I hate soft ice cream. The girl ended up telling me now there’s an extra charge “Whoever let you get that before must have been new and didn’t know what they were talking about because that’s only for ice cream” I was very nice about it all, paid, showed them manners(“thank you”) And they just handed me my ice cream and said nothing, she didn’t even think to hand me a spoon, I had to ask for one. I didn’t get a “have a great night or anything” terrible customer service from the time I came in to when I left. The girl with the lashes behind the counter also was coughing the entire time without covering her mouth, very unsanitary, I’ll be calling the health department. This place is ran by teenagers and they will never be having me as a customer again! The girl with the ginger hair and glasses also had a...
Read moreI wanted to think this place was going to be good the ice cream but my son got a Milkshake he didn’t quite like it maybe because it wasn’t to his peanut butter liking. I tasted it, it was okay not the greatest milkshake maybe because it’s different with the cereal and toppings. Would I get a milkshake here again probably not.
He chose chocolate ice cream with Reese’s puffs and the topping Reese’s puffs again with peanut butter drizzle.
My sister got a fruity pebbles donut and a Oreo cookie. After trying my son’s milkshake I decided to just get a Oreo cookie and I am glad I did it was really good and the texture was chewy with great topping on top.
I noticed they put the donuts in a box they should do the same for the cookie because the toppings on the top with the icing sticks to the bag and I don’t really like that. The donuts and the cookies are the same price. I would have thought that the donuts would have been the a different price verses the cookies. $3.25 + tax for a cookie comes to $3.73 that’s a bit much but I get it.
Overall experience glad I went and got to try it out but not so thrilled about it or wanting to go back for another. It was alright for us nothing...
Read moreOverall my experience was ok. I ordered an ice cream to-go but I noticed that they filled the cup with significantly less ice cream than other customers who were eating inside. I understand that they need to fit the lid on top but if you are going to put noticeably less ice cream in the cup, maybe don’t charge as much as people eating inside the store or get taller lids? Also, my ice cream had chocolate chips at the bottom of the cup which I didn’t realize until after I had already gotten home but I didn’t order any chocolate ice cream/topping/drizzle. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, I suggest letting them know ahead of time to be extra careful so you don’t have any surprises. I think this place would be nice every once in a while but just watch them make your order if you have strict dietary restrictions/allergies and don’t say to-go when they ask becuse you will get...
